Premium Member STORM WITHIN ME

Through anger
Fill breath eased back, dark
Empoisonment loss
Yet in faint warm-hued shadows
Trampling down

I, docile
Woven in and round
In unfailing peace
Breathless in truths solitude
Healing angst

Moving

Having you gone,
Gathered up and leaving,
I watch you go trampling
The trodden track.

I am thinking of nothing now,
Not out of love or grieving,
Just you across
The open field

And nothing feeling.

Ponies Trampling Snorted Dreams -

Where no ponies free ranged, I dreamt to break and wrangle paints.
Where ponies bent, broke and bridled, I dreamt to hang away my spurs.
Where no ponies free range, I have no spurs and wrangle paints.

SILHOUETTES

Shadows
In the moonlight,
Liaisons,
Holding hostage
Outdated dreams.
Ugly contours
Etched upon a heart.
Tortured thoughts
Trampling the
Emptiness of
Soul.

Premium Member They Have Come For Me

The giants have stormed the castle,
The gnomes are stirring havoc in the kitchen.
Every which way I turn there is a charger or a steed.
Unicorns are trampling through the main hall.
I grin, knowing they have come for me.
Time to test my magic!

Stupid Poems 13

the train is moving
white smoke in the air
air is polluted
the red butterfly with
spotted blue belly
dancing in pollution
she is touching my fluttering
heart i am defibrillated
rain is trampling upon
the fallen petals
we are going away

October

Oh, to mourn the death of a season
Causing dread for the prediction of nature
Trampling through leaves plummeted from glory
Overt manipulations of human emotions
Barters the time of years gone by
Everlasting cycles of gain and loss
Remembrance eases the transition

Premium Member Get Out of My Way

Miniature storm troopers have landed
On my hot pink knock out roses
In the forms of grasshoppers and toads.
Trampling them, and hurting their feelings.
Garden faeries are getting ready to form a protest rally.
Get out of my way!
Where did I put my Darth Vader Mask?

Life

Life
Yet full of hardships and pain:
Joy can still be reached throughout the Struggle
As Light triumphs Dark
As Happiness defeats Sadness
The Persevering victorious
Trampling over the Defeated
A sense of triumph for the Victors
For challenges they overcome with
Effort

The Wrath of a Snake

In the sun you dictate the pace,
confining me to thick night;
still you are trampling on my tail.
Cruel man i kiss your heel.
Coyote strolls not in the day,
just man wanders not at night.

Sounds of the City

The city rattling,
Feet trampling,
Faces focusing,
Engines purring,
Drivers sighing,
Music drifting,
Ads whoring,
Johns buying,
Click Clack,
Shoppers yapping,
Money swearing,
Tills ringing,
Workers wishing,
Cameras spinning,
Wealthy plotting,

And me weeping for eternity.

End of Summer

A summer evening lunges eagerly
Singing in an iridescent color
Trampling mindly, in quiet cheerfulness
While autumn, longing, cries thunder
In chilly night air, truculently
Daylight stands proud with present glow
Soon snowflakes will begin to fall
And angels dance in moonlight show

Premium Member Black Orchid

I drank bottles
of potent optimism,
trampling impatiens
in the garden bed.

In love's labyrinth
I stumbled in the hedges,
emerging to disengorge
in a plaster fountain
under a starless sky.

I awoke a sloth
in morning's garish chasm,
the silent telephone blooming
like a black orchid.

Union

Join in love,
Beautiful gift
Oneness of two hearts,
Only Heaven can dream such delightful loveliness,
Single accord.
Witnessing of time,
Noticing man's lot,
Trampling the heavenly present,
Only leaving
Heart
Soul
Spirit
Far from the touch of being one,
Discovery
Of
Lost
In animal kingdom-

Dog Watch

Little yappy dog
why do you bark at the sky
and not piddle nor poo?
I let you out a time ago
but you will not go
yet sniff and foot it around
trampling over the flowerbed
and not doing what you ought to.
Still as I watch your skimpy
scrappy form, got to smile
and must love you.
You yippity-yappity mutt
you.

Premium Member Edge of night

It's a time of transition
of cloudless sky
shivering into a crisp morning
covered over pastures
of hard frost
surrounded by silhouetted leafless trees
an eerie feeling of uncertainty
a crunch in the snow
by passing deer
trampling on a blanket of whiteness
just before darkness lifts
and red dawn blooms

Trampling On Darkness

Praying to the light
Trampling the night's basilisk
With its seven heads
Crushing serpent and lion
Trampling the legless dragon
Through the light stream that crowned her

Pale Daughters Part Three

Pale daughters beam in the miers
their freckles shine galore
eating sorbet all day

They skip to school
trampling on the dandelions
They are the daughters of pan
musically adroit yet quite forlorn

Their mother tongue is telling half truths
to their peers
half awake they want to wrest your pulse
They cannot be considered inconsequential

Post COVID Isolation

The elder abuse of opening California up again without legal authorization
Auctioneering wisdoms residue
Trampling the vulnerable people whom are ignored with indifferent forces of silence and power of silencing the country whilst pursuing criminal neglect of office, for war profit.

Consumptives are littered in ridicule by the middle class work force vote.

Mind Scape On a Moving Train

the train is moving
we feel false sens-
ations
shades of green
across the parallel
tracks
clogged lymphatic system
abnormal new growth
anarchy
she is
dancing on the fallen
red petals
naked
feet
the red butterfly with
spotted blue belly
singing
she is touching
my fluttering heart
i am
defibrillated
the new rain trampling
upon the fallen
petals

God In Storms

I saw the Lord trampling my fears
And found His strength in my weakness.
As cruel waves tossed me about,
I saw the Lord. Trampling my fears -
He showed His might; erased doubt
On His presence. In the storms' darkness,
I saw the Lord trampling my fears;
And found His strength in my weakness.

Poetry Bullies

(Bobby May Sr Poet)

Bogus I am not
Optimistic I am
Buoyant I float with laughter
Breaching some of the rules
Yonder as I watch

My thought’s aloof from poetry critics
A few seem to tough
You have become a poetry bully

Scrutinizing the heart
Renouncing the mind

Pretending you are better
Overseeing meanings
Eliminating the feelings
Trampling the heart

Tongues of War

Solidarity songs echoing
Trampling in the forest
Birds up in the air
Escaping from frightening roars
Rhythmic terror all around
Drenching the day in horror
The masses pursuit
Way-laying none but the bosses
Deserted the purchased scrambles
Though untouched they got away
The powerful lashes of the masses' tongues
Keeps hitting their minds

Unsinking In Depth

You are not
on my page.
No more in my abstract sleep.

Cease-fire
will not be declared-
in the realm of dark dreams.

There was
one tear at a time.
No battle cry.

Trampling on
the old reminiscences,
a tiger jumps on the author-

of mangrove.
The aerial roots have
stopped breathing.

Your lungs become
a flute. A war song frightens
the death.
