Taken into care
A desperate tale of despair
Both on social and an emotional levels
Never the twain
So much for family
heart palpitations
kiss he never saw coming...
planted by his crush

need to get way
for some play
this i can say
ma going pop a whip
and drink a sip
take adip
so give me no lip
am
taken a trip
may was seen briefly
in the eye of the hurricane
then taken by sea
a mirage maybe
eight sailors tell her tale
a missing mermaid
Jan's cucumber is on display
To many a mother's dismay
They all hope and pray
Their daughters won't say,
"The nuns never use it that way!"
Taken For Granted
Haiku: By Miracle Man

Freedom isn’t free,
but was bought at a high cost;
the lives of many.
as i lay i must say
my mind driffted away
thinking of you
and all you do
as the water splash
my mind lash in bash
it was a task
while i was
TAKEN A BATH
The path the child takes, gently guide him there
~ not where you 'need him to go'

I'm unprepared
Mental scared
Of what might take over
I get up down on knees and pray
Is this the end I say
The walls are shaking all me
I'm trying to keep my faith
Glassy globules fall,
Slipping through sky’s cotton balls;
Giving life to all.
Dancing through the waterways;
How for granted, we take rain.
You should gather your thoughts first.
Collect them and write them neatly.
Make a case but listen with empathy.
“What were you THINKING?” I yelled.
Blowing it completely.
I have found myself in your eyes.
To share a heartbeat, finger printing our lives as one.
As still as night air with arms wrapped tight.
I know uniting with you, just feels right.

Only heretics
will seek the truth
Against the grain
they find the proof
Pandering Angels
wings on loan
In fear of shadows
— where answers roam
(Dreamsleep: August, 2024)
emotions can deceive you
as they boil to the top
written all over my face
tucked inside your heart
love taken for better
love taken for worse
love taken for granted
love taken
Good ol' dependable, hardworking Janet
Is shunned like a rock from an alien planet
With a heart of pure gold
She's a gem to behold
And will no longer be taken for granite

He would lie to them then swear on his word
The gold in his pants a short but sharp sword
Then with his sly grin
He would draw them in
Claim he’d a very cool way of climbing aboard
Sincere apologies
Diabolical policy
My part in your life
losing its novelty
Babe magnet wannabee
Recurring anomalies
Quantity first and always above quality
She stole a chair
And rushed away;
‘It’s taken now,’
I heard her say.
*over here, people often ask, 'Is this chair taken?', which means, 'Is this seat vacant?'
For Susan’s ‘Taken’ contest
If I am ever taken hostage
I hope it’s by my grandchildren
They will take me to a park,
And make me swing and slide,
I will crazy laugh
And chase them down
Play and play

Toll and Tally Taken On Valley
What Trump did was to dilly dally,
When he had been at the big rally;
Those supported,
Were all shorted;
Tossed trash took its toll and tally.

i have a particular set of skills
popping words like pills
Trying to beautify pain
that slowly kills
suspect myself
when innocent
I will look
I will find me
and i will kill me
eventually
Great sorrow felt.
That judgement thou dealt.
Selfish and blinded.
Unbridled.
Nature divided.
Absolutely required.
Discarded as folly.
Parried as play.
Honor and pride.
Mother beholden.
a standard love
is all I have
haven't I, not
any falling regrets...
as my time here is over
As God has taken His breath
