The Surest Path To Progress
You chase the future,
With mechanical marvels,
And a call to arms.

Born and bred by war,
May the ultimate victor,
Rise from the ashes.

If you are worthy,
Enter the colosseum,
And determine fate....

Distinct scent from within, just the best promoters
responses, the measure as the surest prompters
wound is seen with castor oil
can’t go, wrapped in paper foil
garbage in or out, one is his own computer....

The Surest Path To Peace
The path to your peace,
Is not to lay down your arms,
But hold them outstretched.

Abandon your wars,
Your sacred prejudices,
To live born again.

In another's arms,
Surrender yourself to love,
And peace will find you....

Rhein II - The Photograph
-----------------------------

Set between two slabs of green
the slender Rhein is seen.
If she goes from left to right
is no one's surest known.

The sky is overcast above
and no birds there are seen.
I am an admirer, sure,
of green and then the green.

His Heart Is a Suspended Lute
I thought i knew what I wanted
But so I was wrong, it's something different
My heart hides from he surest of faces
Thinking its fear of getting hurt again
Now i know that was only half
Of what I feared haunted
My mind, thoughts, and dreams
These words, you'll find, are true
Son coeur es un luth suspendo:
Sitot qu'on le touche ill resonne...

When pretty girls often walk past
I make sure I don't look too fast
 I like being kissed
 not feeling a fist
and that is how marriages last!

Cold, Lonely, Desolate Night
Looming, inescapably all around,

Enough to make one's heart sink,

Once and for all,

Enough to douse the surest, brightest light.

A mangy stray cat suddenly emerges from the

Gloom, walks up to one, meows piteously:

Company!

On such a night as this: Company as

Welcome as any wise teacher's, any noble leader's,

Any loving familiar face's....

Once Bitten
Something happens, causes stressin’;
Maybe it will teach a lesson.
Caution is the surest guide
To safeguard what you fear inside.

If you let down your defenses,
Possibly, some wrong commences;
Then you’ll question your intention –
Why you risked your gut’s prevention.

Hopefully, the lesson learned
Makes the point for all concerned.
Here’s an adage to apply –
Once you’re bitten, twice you’re shy....

INGRATITUDE

“No surest enemy than the one who was benefited" SOCRATES

Ingratitude,
You ungrateful:
Traitor of trust
Destroyer of kindheartedness
Apostate of friendship
Annihilator of beneficence
Assassin of benefactors,

How better the world
Would be
If only you were
Forever thrown
Into
The ABYSS of
Human Condemnation!

Trying To Mellow Mellow
Killed all my own crew
so i i could take yours
on myself
Elongate my language
My elan is obvious
oblivious to my goal
dont you realise this is my mind
going for a stroll
Take your threats so empty
and toss them in the air
Careless words aplenty
from a man who doesn't care
well wishers drowned within the well
sorry just a wisp
away from worry
but no need to fret
i am just a loser
and thats the surest bet...

Farmers To Not Forget Snakes
Planters who have to toil
To have some food boil
And the Digestive oil
Start with 500 AM Soil,
The Morning’s Freshness their strength;
The surest way to take it to a length.

Farmers should early toil
In a cultivable soil
But not forget snakes that goals spoil
And The Carefully Planned foil
By simply sliding in to coil.

Snake could deal with a planter,
In his farm at a canter,
His blood stream promptly poison
Without so much as this noising....

Burning Grass and 100 Syllables of Tragedy
I can forgive as easily as snow
      will melt at winters end,
         and meekly though
I say they hardly know I was as rough
       as country roads can bend,
             is it as tough
To leave the burning grass behind and feel
          the same with fields
      no smoke has covered yet?
we live for stormy days and know the real
            in life will yield,
        as sure as surest bet
I like this, drifted far away to grass
ablaze and wild to watch the tragedy....
