Stunning by standing
Your curves ragdolling my mind
Divine rhapsody
Beckoning me to worship
Melting pot of sex appeal
Standing alone
in the center
of it all……
muttering
to a passing
breeze
…….“stay”.

she is standing tall
don't let her fall
she is our wall
this is not a dream
some treat her mean

Standing elm spirit
I wait for the clouds to bring
a drink for my roots.

Floor Mirrors
The way free standing floor mirrors use colour is
very close to
the way traffic lights use
colour.

i was a loner
standing on the corner
my hands hand
they pass my by
i felt llike dieing
just left my lab
TRYING TO GET A CAB
I was standing in a queue with a person just behind us,
They kept moving and got too close - a bad case of compass-itis...
Amazed by each demonstration
of the illusionist's innovation
More than mere prestidigitation
Worthy of a standing ovation
somewhere up there
look hard there's a god
he is standing by
there' to hear your cry
its above high
HEAVEN AND THE SKY
it was a pain
standing in the rain
and also cold
my boby almost fold
also got on the news
it was
CITY BUS WAIT BLUES
Dreams bloom
from simple wonders.
They dance,
staring with desire.
Standing-
at a distance-
is reality.
Standing at the DMV
what a long line!
I should have brought
some Fish and Chips
even a little wine!

blue moon
standing
alone
in
a vacant parking lot
when
the
streetlamps
are buzzing like fireflies
on the 4th of July
a flock of Goldfinch
arrive at the bird feeder
small, but standing strong

two birds meet under a tree
preened feathers, standing so free
chirping with glee, wings of plea
praying together like Thee
A little girl that I don't see
Is always standing next to me.
Fairy, sprite, too long a shade.
Neither love nor memory fade.
Winter rain and the thunder,
Summer skies and the full moon,
Standing here filled with wonder
For this life that ends so soon
Standing with shoulders high
My sinking boat hangs on her ocean’s tide
Trolling her confined shores
Over there the sky is low
Waiting for him feels like standing in a long queue.
In the end, when it’s finally my turn,
his counter is closed for the day.
Dying is not!
leaving...
But staying!
Standing still
watching life parading
without being able
to follow the procession
When I was out of my head in your arms' warm branches,
I was lost in your space, in love ~standing no chances.
Seven slurring stout sociable salty sailors
Standing stealthily silent
Solo
Sharing secret salacious
Stirring sailing stories.
