A half-hour until football starts. 
Then I watch 
The glowing screen, drink 
Bloody Mary's, eat a large breakfast,

The moon shun early from its light

The wind blows cold as green leaves sway

Contesting voices everywhere 
The loud songs play from here to there

Cant hear the murmur any more

 A thousand sounds a day I know
Only I can not hear it if they show

 The gaining of quiet stance
Bitter sweet the silence

 I could just not hear you anymore
