Poetry In Motion - Love's Promises

Softly,
Love's kisses
Wrapped in rainbows,
Will somersault in clouds
Of gardenias,
Dancing around
Celestial heavens!

Svelte Sylvia

Svelte Sylvia loved acrobatics
She did it in gyms and in attics
She did a pole vault
And a triple somersault
She is known as a fitness fanatic

Blowing a Kiss

Softly,
I blow Love's kisses
To you...
Wrapped in rainbows,
To somersault in clouds
Of gardenias,
Dancing around
Celestial heavens

Love's Kisses Poetry In Motion

Softly love's kisses
      Wrapped in rainbows
            Will somersault
In clouds of gardenias
     Dancing around
           Celestial heavens

Spring

Spring to me
Is daffodils
Places on a sun-lit window sill.

Spring to me
Is birds that fly
And somersault in the sky.

Spring to me
Is buds that burst
As sudden rain fills their thirst

The Current

The current so strong
The waves holding your heart;
Calling, pulling you
Yet so dangerous a draw;
Running full force
Knocked down, lifted up;
flipped somersault
Out of breath bliss on the shore

Upside Down - Inside Out

UPSIDE DOWN inverted, topsy-turvy unhinging, disorienting, confusing puzzle, somersault; details, viscera twisting, wearing, turning front to back, socks INSIDE OUT

Somersault

Somersault, flips and swings like an oar
Cup of salt, flings and stings on floor
Powder of talc, smoothens all
Slides and glides over all
Skip, stretch, turn or twist
Huff, puff like whist
Heart and soul
Fly high
Hop

My Happy Happy Mood

I cant explain the happy mood
Im feeling at this time
It makes me want to somersault
And twist and twist around

I feel as if i might just fly
Feeling really light
I can't explain the happy mood
Im feeling at this time

But i hope that after reading this
You'll smile all the time...

Happiness

Happiness comes from within
and with confidence and pride
no doubt, you'll surely win
Don't give in
to giving up
Even though all seems corrupt
I learned through many chapters
I've learned through things I tried
I've learned through tears I've cried
So somersault any frown
Don't you feel down
Happiness, a smile buys

To Fly

I wish to fly.
Up in the clouds on high.
In the thermals to rise.
High in the sky's.
Oh, what joy to swoop and glide.
Somersault and slide.
Heavenly vistas to see.
Far away over the sea.
Gliding along, singing a song.
Happy, all the day long.
See for miles ,face wreathed in smiles.
Higher than anyone has been.
In my flying machine.

January

stardom of the year
on its welcoming music
ushers our new dreams

culminate great task
snog the sweet and bitter past
cool somersault starts

blow New Year's trumpets
commence it with smiles and cheers
have a joyful year

No One Is Looking

Cadence lowers its tenebrous tempo
Dulcet to a morose Memento Mori-bund
Lachrymose ribbon garnet fountain
Ruby rivulets in wine glass Chardonnay
Bubble floats to pop
Silence yet I sway

Miasma tang vitae oh Nueva
So they swing on a rope seputchra
Momma Mia mommy
Bites her lips
Somersault flips
Debauchery

In my hidden boutique adornment boudoir
My basement locked ossuary

Somersaulting Rebellions

Clocks somersault to drive time;
Can we stop time by breaking all clocks and alarms?

The Earth somersaults to sail through years and centuries;
Would we request our ship to pause the aging of mankind?

The Light somersaults from dawn to dusk;
Could we order this planet to stop it's revolutions around the sun?

Lives somersault from good to bad;
But we can walk gracefully without bad deeds.

The In-Between Stuff

In life before, we did each chore
Before we headed out the door
Or in-between what was routine,
We’d clean or check our iPhone screen.

The major stuff, which was enough
To sometimes make us huff and puff,
Took up our days, with shops, cafés,
Museums, plays and hotel stays.

But by default, we’ve had to halt
What we exalt and somersault
Into a space where we’ve replaced
What we embraced. Ah, what a waste!

A Flitting Offering

Flitting's like floating
only with
the least amount
and most
ineffectual
intention.

Intention
without
clarity
without
conviction
without
direction
without
without.

Each waft
a contravention.

Somersault of
summer
butterflies,
but better:
butterflits...

Plummer salts
of Winter,
snowfalls
but better:
snowflits...

Though flitting's
altogether fitting
if near-enough
to Surrender
is your kind of
Splendor.

Walking Shoes

You better put on your walking shoes
I've had about enough of you,
those words you say when your anger rages
pushes me to reach my final stages
and all the years of your abuse
 beg me to set you free and loose;
so grab your coat, your shoes, your pants
your time has exceeded this circumstance
when I took it in and excused your faults
but this is it, the final somersault,
put on your walking shoes
your turn to carry the blues.

Memories

Memories

If one could store them
in the attic without stir
and turn to other things,

to picking fruit, perhaps,
or seeding it, one could afford
the dalliance of an hour

for one would have the years
one knows will not be those
whose paralytic youth has just begun,

the years whose summer plea
for laughter and for kiss
somersault the hair

and scimitar the smile: the years
the sun, the moon, the stars
can never order stop.

Dreams Do This, Catcher

"Dreams do this, Catcher"

mystery in the heart
misleads the kiss
the kiss bleeds
like a somersault
backwards
into the comfort
of the dream

we find hidden notes
written in the music
we miss the heart’s
true translation
we turn the page
we get down
on our knees

too late the prayers
are taken in the plate
alms waiving
backstop
out of the park
the soft fall
shot hard

left field
right field

catcher
