Love of God always lingers;
Heard in voices of singers;
Seen in face;
Race and place;
And in fingers of bell ringers.

Men who sing sea shanties
Are known to wear frilly panties
Their masculine voices
And underwear choices
Upset musical vigilantes.
Singers in the cold dark Atlantic Sea
Humpback whales crooning for free
Complex songs that are repeated for hours
Just one of the ocean’s mighty powers
From New York City to L.A.; from Austin to Seattle,
so-called singers screech or bray in an auditions battle!

Sweet exclusion
Knows bounds
Sadly servant
to the whims
Drinking Mead
to the seasons mirth
Transmute themselves
to the citizens of dawns voice
It is a sad song
When writers don't write
And a melancholy thing when singers
Don't raise their voices in song
And a much sadder song when
One's lover is gone.

Mission's bold facade resembled
Latin temple quakes have trembled.
Fine facade was reassembled.
Use new priests grant.
Native singers great assembled.
Praise songs they chant.
when fear and doubt leave
the house ,strength proves its presence,
sleepers wake up quick.
songs come from the walls,
nowhere to find singers who
motivate the mass.

Melancholy...Another Sad Song
It is a sad song
When writers don't write
And a melancholy thing when singers
Don't raise their voices in song
And a much sadder song when
One's lover is gone.

The carol singers at my door,
I greeted them with tone deaf song,
My hand outstretched, they shuffled off:
I didn’t get a quid – what’s wrong?
Do you hear what I hear? For Kim’s Carolling contest
The mermaids ball music still lingers .
Swordfish Fred and his shoal of sweet singers
Had a whale of a time
On the octopus slime
Caressed by their salty fish-fingers .
This is an age-old complaint,
About singers who ain't such saints,
Younger music sounds like trash,
Our eardrums they do bash,
What makes them so tone deaf,'
Try a new career, catch your breath!
Will it be the actors?
Will it be the singers?
Or will it be the dancers
Who bring the Gospel
With a twist?
Or will it be the pastors,
The apostles and the prophets,
The teachers and evangelists?
The bird mouse choir was famous in these parts.
The singers in it sang with full open hearts.
They sat in a tree, teasing the neighborhood cats.
Who hoped one of them would fall onto their welcome mats.
Croak, croak, creek, creek
Baritone singers, Violin players,
Musical show in the reeds
Silent audience.
In the Old West, when a man stole a horse
There was one lesson taught, no judges bought, problem solved
There were no singers of sad songs, guilty were hung by the neck

who is an artist? the preschool teacher asked
Every child raised their hand
Not only are they artists at three and four
They are dancers, singers, inventors, dreamers, schemers,
The best time of their life…..
WHO RULES?
Singers may sing and musicians play but the poet rules the day.

She was turning eighty so I sent in the birds with a word.
The happy birthday singers, whose trills were absurd.
They outsang her relatives, they outsang the bee.
They outsang her husband, but they could not outsing me.
Strum gently
as you wait for love,
lest the tune escape.
The story of a true myth
quivers in a sad song,
blows in the breeze,
hopes,
whispers,
fades.
Then a new voice soars
like a javelin
thrown at the sky.
Sammy Davis and Ella Fitzgerald, jazz singers
Their b'deed'lee-dip riffs on the Sullivan show didn't linger
In America's consciousness, and that's really too bad
They were surely the best jazz singers America's ever had
My friend everybody has the right to post-
To show his inner.
Enjoy the writes of the big poets, singers,
Mild Moons, and live Stars.
Closed your nose and eyes when you extend
Pass others.. Best doing
That's their reality.
