Losers of Americans' "idol" Pastime

From New York City to L.A.; from Austin to Seattle,
so-called singers screech or bray in an auditions battle!

I've never seen the show, probably because of the screeching and the braying. Fine couplet. Hope you win. Love, Dave

"Screech or bray" is a good way to describe most of the auditions, Andrea. Had a good laugh reading this! Love, Carolyn (best wishes in the contest)

Yes, Andrea, there a good and also bad ones!!! We here in Germany have the competition under the name of "Deutschland sucht den Superstar" (Germany looks for the the Super Star). I guess that the US and Britain were more successful with that. Well written! And thank you for all your comments...Love, Gert
