Poochy, Moochy, Goochy Goo
Two kittens fell into a tin of glue
It was an enormous tin
The kittens emerged as Siamese twins
Siamese twin pears 'pon the pear tree
Soaking up autumn's sun
Soon their time to cling will be gone
Frost will touch rose and be done
Insincere
fake
Siamese
sisters:
Leftist
Rightist...!
Cat
Proud, playful
Purring, miaowing, stalking
Tortoiseshell, Persian, Siamese, Burmese
Running, jumping, playing
Soft, small

Insincere Siamese sisters:
one Left,
another Right
same body
different souls !
Siamese twins.
New York and California.
Gulags, just for ya!

through cloudless starry nights
her deep darkness hidden
by the brightness of her beauty
eyes shimmer like sapphires
like a beautiful Siamese cat
lying in wait

Keeping it to yourself,
while giving it away
Only poetry is split,
and structured this way
Keeping it to yourself,
then passing the torch
A deft oxymoron,
as light is re-sourced
(Dreamsleep: March, 2020)
Pleasingly Plump
Obese, bloated, overwrought with contrition
Lainey hung a chart of each yoga position
Couldn’t deal with stretching
Mice she’s still fetching
She defies my lectures on nutrition
Good and bad, large and small
Eternally connected twosomes
Male and female, yin and yang
Inseparable Siamese twins
Night and day, spring and fall
Infinite cosmic tango

Cats Meow - A Haiku
light break of the day
a gray, hungry cat purring
whilst watching the bowl
idyllic noonday
a siamese, meow cat
betrayed by the pot

our siamese cats
big beautiful glass eyes stare
with a hunters stance
as most house felines
she was bred a kitten type
will play hunt no end
loves spiders bugs mice
anything that walks crawls flies
moves or not its bait
My mummy sees that I am smitten
With Bluebell my Siamese kitten
Bluebell loves to climb onto my lap
Purring loudly when she takes a nap
Mummy changes Bluebell’s litter tray
She'll teach me to do that one day!
With one pen in the inkwell,
eternity got wet
The words to dance and laugh and pray,
phrasing’s still unmet
With one pen in the inkwell,
the future kissed the past
The moments now, the moments then
—Siamese at last

MY SIAMESE KITTEN’S EYES
Does my face look blue to you?
Eyes so bright and tiny too
I know your eyes can see me smile
See me coming from a mile
See the food put in your dish
See the bowl that holds the fish
Blue, blue eyes --I love them so
In the dark they even glow.
I miss us
the way we used to be
you lay down on me
Siamese for hours
wrapped legs
beneath my thighs
and ground your love
into my steel
I now feel
no sense of love
behind blue eyes
remnant dregs
of dust and flowers
and gradually
we are a memory
I miss us
Love sinks low,singing-
A duet between drowning hearts.
Her smile is the last breath before the tar closes in.
I play my guitar till the strings blisters,
Till the bubbles stop breaking the surface.
Still,the Cheshire Cat keeps playing,
Because silence is the deepest pit of all.
In Catsville,
delighfully fragrant,
a musky moggy croons.
Reverb resounds
as lyrics drift
"Sugar and spice
"and all things mice!"
The Siamese star harmonises
with vociferous vocals
"Gimme Gimme Gimme
a cat stick at midnight".
amid the tender purring
of a somnolent feline.
We are free to suffer separation-
ships barely touching on each other's wake tonight.
We are free to sip up reconciliation-
wings of Siamese twins upon the edge of flight.
Not a one can tell us different.
Not a one can sooth or soothe
We are free in will's determination
possibilities to prove~

feline, agile
meowing, prowling, purring
siamese, panthers, hounds, canines
howling, barking, fetching

Oh spiracle sight-
will you drop me and break me
lest I ingest of an oxygen taste?
Everything now is indulged ultraviolet
Compounding eyes, allegorical face
Liquid from apples returned to the ground
Nectar envisioned it brings
Breathe me, receive me
It's chemically easy
as spiracle siblings attached on the wings.
He was all fancy phat and pinky pink
Dancing a jig with a kick and a clink
Kicking off mud in a priggish way
A pig who liked dancing at the end of day
He was a marvelous companion, it is true
We liked everything about him said my friend Boo
A pig who was all that, and fancy phat!
I invited him to the wedding of my Siamese cat.
Superpositioned,
truth here and truth there
Unmeasured duality,
a mirror contraire
Its message lies distant,
its message lies near
A Siamese phantom,
whose front is both rear
The sublime contradiction,
one plus one equals one
Their nature poetic
—each truth zero sum

E-arly February thirteenth,
L-ight and warmth have met;
L-et Monday morn set things aright,
A-llow it to leave the fret.
G-ray clouds don't gather,
A-s they clear the skies;
S-hadows have disappeared,
G-reat day thrills your eyes.
A-llow the dawn to break, as the new day begins;
S-unrise has just bathed the sweet Siamese twins.
