Yearning

Yearning deep
Leaves cracking
Pain shuddering
Hearts beat
Touches spark
Wild teeth
Run fast
Forest fire
Nothing waits
Everything ages

Kiss of Dawn

All the fluttering flicks of the dewy-leaved trees
Send showering silvers to kiss and please,
But our lips, slim smit in the midst of these,
Send shuddering shudderings right through our knees!

Premium Member Forever Departure

Cold as the winter was your farewell
Freezing the most profound of the soul
Leaving a hollow emptiness behind
Shuddering with heart rending intensity

Premium Member Swans

Listen to poem:
Swans steam across the lake.
Streaming in, heads held high.
Strung out in single file.
Stippling surface with wakes.
Signaling flock to join.
Sensing storm clouds brewing,
Shuddering storm ahead.

Her hair
windy willows
flowing feverishly

Father Dream

All violet, among, the sky color
Hot, below, walking, among the windy
I am sparkling, about the air
Extremely quiet, among the fantasy
Shuddering, beneath the blowing
Head-in-clouds, I a dreaming
Of my 'resting in peace*Father, spiriting

Rise & Shine

I refuse to
pull you still
your smiles long
your secret will
consume me

mirror machine
on Baltic wings
shuddering songs
that lovers sing
remove me

steal my breath
and hold your own
waltzing walls
with umbrage thrown
release me

They said I needed help.
They admitted me to the
ward of madness and shoved
pills into me that made me a
scarecrow. A man of straw
shuddering in the wind as
weak as my resolve to be me.
I never came to life again.
I died in bright light at peace.
The crows sent me on my way.

Premium Member Forgotten Again Today

Serendipity rounded the corner on two wheels
Screeching and shuddering as she attempted to wake me
Trixie my persnickety muse lulled me back to sleep with dream drops.
I woke up in a panic ten minutes later
Again hearing the ending line of the best poem ever
Forgotten again today

Wild Blackberries

The taste of wild blackberries on her lips,
And the grains of vanilla on her cheek,
The tingle of brambles brushed my eyes
When I kissed the velvet physique.

A tang on the tongue of aniseed
When shuddering gasped a torrid peak,
The taste of wild blackberries then once more
And vanilla on her cheek.

Premium Member Escaping My Body Every Night

I am not body lingering at night
My husband says "you are never there"
I agree, for I am gone.
When I hit the body so hard that I wake up shuddering and shaking
Why I do not slow the soul down prior to reentry
I do not know
I suspect it has something to do with my lack of patience
And my child-like self

Wtdrl

Shuddering on the hallway steps
smoking far too many cigarettes
drug deprivied
withdrawling all sleep back under the bed
entering slowly the eye of the hurricane
still cursed
         with the agonizing after effects
      that inescsapable
sick shadow of a man reaching for a perpetualy
shifting end

Fear

Fear is running
In the opposite direction
When you see a dog

Fear is
Not knowing if you will awake
The next day

Fear is screaming
When you see a spider

Fear is shuddering
When you see a snake

Fear is
Not knowing when you will have your next meal

Fear is whatever a human-being
Says it is

But Still

Our lives brittle and incoherent
time whips away chunk after chunk
seconds seem longer when you are older
gnarled fingers holding onto the mist
eyes that show a story nearly done
a soul panting and shuddering
exhausted and spent
all of your knowledge, lost in a haze
as you soldier on with the last of your days

Bounty Bicycle Belched

bounty bicycle belched
in crimson crest
wielding moaning wheels
of saucy spree:
taunted tracks moan
tainted tyre's moor

fiery feelings fondling
per punctured pills
merging mystic mist

hideous hood hankering
with halts shuddering
like triturated ****

"roll'n rustic rims
felon wind riding."

Premium Member emotions on fire

Jealousy never did aid me in any accomplishments
Under the horror of too many emotions, I get flustered
Given problems to solve, I am stifled and stilted
A quintessential blubbering shuddering mess of myself
All the resources in the world could not free me up
Did you take the last candle? I thought it might solve this puzzle.

Tactic Twain Tumbling

whirring warning whooshing
gaunt gores filling
damped darkness dug
pulpy pair's lust
tactic twain tumbling
over hideous heels

airy atmosphere puking
voluptuous vile vying
per punctured pelvic

skeptical soles shuddering
la-de-da limbs lustrating
felon nature's priest

war met will
one other killed.

Premium Member Addicted Beyond Crazy

shuddering
      feverish excitement
         round and round
            my woozy head
               as soft lips assault

   will not
      say no
         cunning fingers

   awake
      pearl’s
         reverberate frail tide

   oh, so gently
      sensual pleasure;
         addicted beyond crazy

Premium Member Distraught Alone and In Despair

Listen to poem:
i miss you
so much more than
words could ever tell
a throbbing ache
throughout my body
resonating shuddering
how i need you near

what cruel fate
tore us apart
leaving me abandoned
to face a darkened future

only the thought of your touch
brings comfort to my heart
endless tears refusing to subside

Its Okay To Be Not Okay

Strangling in the life of miseries
Grieving on the irreplaceable lose
Ocean of memories entangled within
Tears of love poured on me
Hands that locked me into a sudden embrace
My heart skipped a beat
Shuddering on that tight chest
Crushing out my bones
Squeezing out my ocean of tears.
Then he whispered in my ears that,
Sometimes its okay to be not okay!!

Home

home
in the dark I close my eyes and listen to the house
noises
shuddering about me
the house settles back down after the bustle of us
coming in
bringing cold air and loud noises
the couch folds me in and I sink in
thinking
I may not make it to bed tonight
I may wake here when the sun shines in the big window
where now
if I opened my eyes
I'd see stars
may
