Give 'em a slice, and show 'em the door....

The Silence
Tell me, only tell me
 if I have ever silently
 mentioned you.

 I hear the bells
 that knock a the door
 that come and go
 knocking my silence down.

 Oh! Immense sound
you that you show at my door
and makes me confuse my silence,

 Now that you go away
 do not forget
 to return my silence....

Summer
Her visit is bright!
It brings life and warmth. Butterflies, surfers, children, hikers,
and bungee jumpers celebrate her coming. Fireworks, fireflies, and balloons
of different colors in the air, are visible to see. We hope that she is here to stay, but Autumn is sure to show her the door again.

Take My Hand
Lead me to the place
Where I can find
God's good grace
Give me a cup
Where I can taste a sip of his blood
Soak in the fountain of his love
Experience the warmth of his hug
Show me the door
Where I can fall on the floor
Cry and pour
My burdens and more
Take my hand
Bring me to the spirit
That can guide me
Across the desert land...

Open Your Hands
Open your hands,
And your mind will follow.

Open your hands,
And show fear the door.

Open your hands,
And give friendship a chance to grow.

Open your hands,
And you will never feel poor.

Open your hands,
And your heart will start to glow.

Open your hands,
And hate will dwell in you no more.

Open your hands,
And Love will give you all you need to Know....

The Oppressed Set Free
'The Spirit of the Lord is upon me',
Isaiah foretold, 'He's anointed me
to bring relief to the poor,
     to show captives the door,
the blind to see and the oppressed set free.'

Jesus rolled up the scroll and sat down.
“Today this text has been fulfilled be it known.”
     “Is not this Joseph's son?
How can such deeds be done?”
“No prophet's is welcome in his home town.”

Luke 4.16-24...

There she is again! That great big spider.
Show her the door. Don't spoil this insider.
Yet now on the ceiling, she rests up high.
My broom swipes hard though I fail in my try.
She's hoping to stay and spin a big net.

I grab some bug spray but it's the wrong kind.
"Once I got bitten", my friends I remind.
Nightfall comes, spider looks to be asleep.
My promise to win is one I can't keep.
Last seen, she's bigger and hasn't moved yet....

You Miss Me
Do You Miss Me Yet?

I do remember that you said yes
But only when we go to bed

Well, I said I miss you more..
But hey, who's keeping score

So do you miss me yet, I think I said
As I do hope to score
Before that is you start to snore

No, you said, you are such a bore
You always fall asleep on the floor

But do You Miss Me Yet?
Cos if you don't
It may then all be broke

And time to show you the door
Before I miss you anymore

Words That End In Y
She writes me letters
That go on forever
Making me light as a feather
If it was anyone else
I would show them the door
But she always has me back for more
Never a sleeper or a bore
Drawn in, captivated
She has me like no one before
She has a way
Everyday
To make me react
I remember every fact
Likes and dislikes
Favorite colors
No matter how I try
The only way I can describe her
Is in words that end in y

to my sexy sultry lovly p.d....

Needle Versus Reality
the pressure builds
the burden
too much to bear
pulsing
groaning
cracking

'show me the door!'
one needle versus reality

that beautiful zero kelvin vacancy
erupts
following
the synthetic carbonated haze
as the earth
fizzles out

these colours
these sounds
drowning it all
drowning me
'show me the door!'
one needle versus reality

but it's there
you're here
the further you run
the closer you come
this trickery devours you
one more time

My Blue Cheese Is- Tripe
when it comes to food my biggest gripe
is how anyone can eat disgusting tripe,

lining of the stomach of ruminant cows
gastric juices of mine would not arouse,

if I was served this awful food on a plate
I would decline this just couldn’t be ate,

when it’s cooking can’t stand the smell
like something eaten by someone in hell,

tripe is not a delicacy for rich or poor
serve me rubbish I’ll show you the door.
