January digs deeper into snow drifts.
Chill fingers cripple backbones,
make us walk like matchstick men.
February is just a name we give to tomorrow,
as if we could open that icebox
to see if the sun still rises over un-seeable horizons.

The older I get
The less I get
I must not be seeable
You just walk by
As if you class is to high
I wish I had attention
The attention the little ones get
But I make you a bet that my life is sent to hell
No one seems to care that there are tears running down my face
Maybe I will leave
Will their be change
Pay attention please
If there is change
Then I shall stay
But remember what I said
