Underneath the Hollywood smog
A poodle may doodle your dog
Without some restraint
The Pope ain't a saint
So Hells Angels sleep with their hog
When I order a pizza
From a restraint
I eat as my meal
I will have left overs
It will be taken home
To have in the morn
For my morning meal
A missing piece in one's soul,
Is a tenderness not bound.
Although I may have yet to discover
Its freedoms.
I have its beauty

For that I can control
It’s the absence of restraint
And longing in my soul
What keeps me in suspense
And turns my ache to pain
A need to cherish and love someone
