Jasmines of Love
Jeopardy of love's jasmines
Attitude threatens the petals
Stable and sweet one moment
Miserable the next
Inner insecurities
Nitpicking on trivialities
Ectacy of passion yet resets
Smoothly falling in amorous lap.....

The Rainbow Is Back
Only colorful storms
Shake my ground
Happy rain
Resets my frown
Sun is up
And now I’m smiling
Not upside down
From this air
I inhale
Bliss
No more dreadful drops of rain
Creating a mist
of terror
The sky has matured
No longer gray
But quite a new blue...

Lyric
Cherub's Promise
Beyond despair
new light is found
where wasted moments
live again
Befriending capsules
lost to time
the air forgiving
free of sin
Beyond all hope
there lies a wish
where cherubs promise
saving grace
And hopes and wishes
are reborn
as memory resets
—love embraced
(The First Book Of Prayers June, 2012)...

Dematerializing the Virtual Atom
Expansion into light
The subtle radiant pulse
Power of tiny, flickering probabilities
Know the mind grows cold and stale
When impaled on doubt and searching
Fighting for clout and certainty
Universal gyrations plug in swiftly
Tempting magnetic minds to change their tune
Erupt in song, nature sings along
Life battery resets for new adventure...

Descartes Reborn
If consciousness dies
is that all there is
or does some higher state
reimagine what was
When consciousness dies
will birth reoccur
no longer indentured
to time and its spurs
If consciousness dies
do rainbows of light
take over our essence
transcending our sight
When consciousness dies
is confusion bereft
as reference get buried
—and prescience resets
(The New Room: March, 2023)...

In You
Hold your fears so close, so dear
So you can hear the sounds so clear
The day resets when the sun resides
You cannot get what life provides
Trust is the ability
to maintain stability
In your fears or emotion
Like waves on an ocean
But you cannot control
The realms in your soul
You can never hold
Your dreams or your goals
Because too much is too little
And the truth is a riddle
It all lies in you
It all dies in you...

Prose Poetry
Need a Jump
Giving until you can no longer grasp,
The imparted gift your heart extends,
The more given of yourself the deeper you go,
The more you extend, your heart muscles grow,
They pass energy through distance and time,
Trickling through space connecting, we bind,
Its bigger than what we understand,
It means more than what we comprehend,
When your heart leaps from the electrical charge,
It resets the whole function and jumpstarts your heart....

Light Verse
Color Schmers
Colour Schemers
Arab Traders excavated
Europe laid the foundation
The New World framed it perfectly
The rest of the races roofed it
This …
Inordinate economic concupiscence
Shadowy sham, animated by a violent passion
An extraordinary alteration
So…
Nature convulses
Human dignity reduced to
Colour: Black, white, brown, yellow
But …
The scale corrects itself
The clock resets
The scheme falls apart
Because …
There is only one humanity
It’s you.
It’s me....

Dark Horse, Mystic
Dark Horse
In the thin space between the hours,
where midnight is done but tomorrow not yet begun,
a dark horse rides,
trampling time as everything resets.
Her ancient hooves tear yesterday to dust.
Her furious nostrils inhale every wasted second, and
whineys them out in fresh garlands of blossoming color and sound,
flowering moments that wheel around the sun,
putting every possibilty back in place,
and the first second strikes!
