communication was king
in this day and age
cell phones replace relatives
tvs are never turned off
Silent cries of depressed,
Needs care and love,
Hallucinations meds, electric shock,
Replace them with Vitamin-B-complex.
He said...
I'll replace your mirrors
So whenever you look into me
you'll know
You are beautiful
Form:
can replace all words
can replace all humans
can replace all beings
is the only word
is the only human
is the only being.
Sounds of knots
Hopeless thoughts
find me oh so lost
The face of grace
Can not replace
What He has for all;
Fear Not....

old, weathered, worn
repair, replace, or leave
sadness at loss or joy renewed
God's choice
love
you shall not
erase me
nor
shall you
replace me
than
our
love is
inseparable
only
because
your
love
embrace me
vivid reds and golds
replace summer's verdant hues -
squirrels seek acorns

False Friends
Admiration reigns.
Social gains replace honor
Where, false friends frolic.

The race to replace
The Chosen disgrace
With bombs versus swords
They’re deaf to the hordes
So lay down your pen
It’s Never again
If I could purge
that part of my brain
that stores pain,
I would replace it
with a soothing refrain;
Bach, Beethoven
or simply rain…
"Do you have an
'Inner Critic'
inside your head
'raining on your parade...?'
Instead, replace with love,
for all else
is just a charade."
i have many things
that love don't bring
things can't replace
your face
your touch
miss so much
tho i have the world
am a
POOR LITTLE RICH GIRL
You shall be in my place,
Until you kept it real.
Your thigh were my comfort,
Until no one can replace.
my words aren't heard,
Until you were eerie.
How can I get you
Out of my head
When there's nothing to replace
Those feelings instead?

No one could replace,
One as special as you.
A blessing called my son;
Heaven’s gift to me.

Languid summer day
Cloud afloat on garden pond
Silent Heron waits.
Ripples replace cloud
Water drips from Heron beak
Koi swim unaware.
They always threw my love at my face.
They always find someone new to replace.
They always left me alone to retrace.
They always made me feel out of place.

He's here to replace all the strife that she's endured in life and she looks at him with diamond eyes and she sees his heart and soul is a beacon of love from heaven
Loving you like this ,
It's not easy, I won't lie.
Missed touches,
Paused conversations,
Screens replace skin.
Yet even now , just as before,
I'm always choosing him.
He ran over her cat and tried to be nice
He said, "I would be glad to pay the price!"
"Your cat I did hit"
"Can I replace it?"
She said, "Okay, but can you catch any mice?"
