My Brain's In Remission

My brain's in remission the last few days Nothing creative has evolved, nothing out of the haze Something needs oiling Some pipes need rejoining Needs to go to the shop to determine my malaise

Love You Realize

Sense of love you realize,
When lose the most special,
From your life;
Moments of tormenting wait,
Torturing loneliness;
Solicitous to rejoining close,
Sclerosis moments breath,
Teach the real meaning of love;

Always

You are always on my mind
You were a priceless find!
Life without you is a constant struggle
I so miss holding you close to snuggle
Our life together was for the ages
Our wonderful story is a book with countless pages
I know you're at peace in Heaven now
Rejoining you there is my solemn vow!

This Hope

Rejoining the world
after shaking off the ashes
mishaps came
and yet I rise
 Trials known
by fire
but still surpassing follies
taking to heart each mistake
 Looking back
reminding me of the places
one been
determined to move forward
 Lighting my own way
by flames of desire
my will is strong
hope will never die

Beatified

Prayer without indemnity,
prejudice, or blame,
weaponizing Diety…
a dogma-based refrain

Through Him our Divinity
rejoining heart and mind,
to truly know Who reigns supreme
last sacrament defined

Religion like the training wheels
discarded when we we’re young,
to free the rider in the wind
—His spokes forever spun

Fragments

This life is but one
of many --

for I am a many,
experiencing as one;

This love is all love
in one --
while greater love
is the many,
loving as one --

time is a certain time,
with innate memory of
when time was timeless,

as the soul re-forms for it yearns --

rejoining the many,

recalling all the many,

that the many~ is our blessed one --

A Little About Me

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

I wake up in the morning – the thing that I do first
Is hurry to the bathroom – for fear my bladder will burst

Then I scrub in like a surgeon – and head for the coffee pot
Hoping that first cup of java – will truly hit the spot

By 8:00 I'm ready for my first nap of the day – and the bed seems so inviting
But rejoining my bride for a little love play – somehow is more exciting

Pieces of a Heart

We've all been hurt by the ones we love
and start to curse the one above
for the misfortunes and shame
we sit and we blame
while we cry and wait
for someone to create
the pieces we lost
of our hearts that our past loves tossed
but what if true love was not
our hearts being repaired by a knot
but our hearts rejoicing
in rejoining
the person we love each day
as we say
I love you
and the smile that grew when I say it too

Lonely Hearts Cafe

She rounded up the lonely ladies from the building
Drove them for lunch at an outdoor terrasse
Dropped them at the entrance then circled and circled
Finally finding parking before rejoining the group
As she finally dropped in her seat letting out a sigh of joy

“What a most magnificent day!”

The old miserable bitties piped up in unison... “not bad”
