to market find a carrot
sneaking home never share it
this our spaniel does
every day because
his lady friends a ferret.
Canines are the best of friends
They’ll offer their very life
To protect their family
Dog…God spelled backwards.
The puppy in him ventured forth
eager to live life to the hilt
A flea-bitten hound crept back home
Who'd taken the meat from his bone
"You gotta have a puppy!"
Don't even need a guppy!"

The big fat dog
Ate like a hog
Laying around like a log
His brain was in a cloudy fog
Too big for a daily jog

I ride a leaky newspaper raft

PUPPY LOVE for the contest
They say we're really young
For what we've gone and planned
But soon you'll grow to be my dog
and I'll grow to be your man
Puppy came out of the bowels of fun.
Leaping and jumping, wanting to play.
Ate two plates of dog food while on the run.
Came back of course, the very next day.
Love
Is a puppy
chases a rubber ball
