LOVE IS BLIND
I love making pictures
with words...
For all to see;
The idea and poem is
all one...in my reality
Pictures swirl blindingly, fogging the glass;
Eye aperture opens and
The crystal will tell all.
Master painter Pierre Bonnard
promoted his genre so very hard
Life a visual joy he sought
his art pictures this thought
in another state
or another country
anywhere but here
i want to travel
not just pictures on the net
i want adventure
If words disappear
pictures lying everywhere
only hints for life
with colors of the rainbow
the world will be beautiful
Bristles on a brush in paint
Stroke pictures of your love
Be filled with colors quaint
To pastel your hearts; thereof
A
well
within-
images,
pictures in the mind,
dreams and visions and things not known.
Ekphrasis after David Smith.
My room has changed
Empty walls are now with life
With my own pictures
My memories returning
Moments in colour and ink
Pictures
of summer-
on screen arouse
a daylily dream as
I browse.

beneath the gray sky
late winter rain is falling –
pictures in the snow

A painter took brush and color,
and painted beautiful pictures.
In every inch of the work,
there is a broken piece of himself.
“The pictures we paint today of
ourselves is water paint on canvas
in the rain.”
Ken Jordan

Shining

When we reach the end at last
And it's peace we hope to find
Will we see the light that's cast
Or the pictures in our mind
golden morning sun
dances upon chilly lake..
red maples undress
Inspired by Skat's contest pictures
she has 4 walls,
there cold,
all they do is hold pictures.
the walls are white and still
just like the Mother that never
loved her.
Pictures
of bliss festoon
dream field journal
with green moss clad trails of
stunning dawn glow junkets through
mists of time!
A leaf blown
in the air-
whispered words
to share
of
pictures in my mind
or
scriptures
I find
There is words to use and pictures to see so read and type what you are thinking about in print and type your hearts desire for hire
The
whimpers
of childhood-
echo in the
mind,
remembered,seen
as yesterday pictures
without perspective,through a lens
close-up.
Puzzle
Pieced together
Inscribed detailed pictures

Fireflies:
little cameras
with flash bulbs,
taking pictures
of memories,
for you to keep
during the cold
when summer
seems so far.
In
pictures
within a
picture,life stands
still-
our
inner
sensations
inhibit the
view

not only rigid
about picture being vivid
also am livid
After looking at pictures of Afghanistan
this is the poem that I came up with.
