Believe It Or Ignore

Hospital is swimming pool
Physicians the rescue crew
Medical form, death warrant
Medicine, magic life jacket
But rescue-team also drown

physician

Dressed up like a physicians..
Full of doubt and suspicions..
Heart harder than stone ..
Don't care if you die sick and alone..
They treat all ..
Cancer or headache with Panadol..
Don't know the right medication ..
They prescribe aspirin for fornication ..

Patients Ticking Life-

Like death toll the ticking of the clock Second-hand tocs To the silence riffs In a physicians examination room The switching the wall calls down Electric flow ticking away patients Tic tic tic seconds waiting breathe If one is afraid to wait until death

Quick Cuts 1 ,2, 3,

Physicians
magicians
who work wonders with a pill.
They diagnose,
prescribe the dose,
and then you get the bill.

Attorneys
journey
to the law books for a clue.
to file a brief
or sue for grief,
but it's legalese to you.

Mechanics
don't panic
when the car chugs in the bay.
They take their time
to wipe the grime.
" It won't be done today."

Doctors' Fee

There are no physicians in the governments eyes.
Just a deluge of doctors who make ignorant cries.
A Health Care that's missing two things from the air.
The first one your health and the other your care.
Doctored for money; morals on the side.
Hypocrite healers; deft with their pride.
Eyes seeing eyes that purge and won't see.
-But a plague of the government and a tax that they fee.

Let

Let politicians claim virtue,
and abandon honest men.

Let the poor inherit promises,
and be comfortable servants.

Let the famous enjoy advantage,
and carry no favors in heaven.

Let physicians prescribe hope,
and a worthy price be paid.

Let education forge solutions,
and notorious liars lose favor.

Let simple humanity be rewarded,
and tyranny reap the sorrow of death.

A Musical Special

I Watched TV last night

a musical special--

not one
of the young singers
had taken time
to learn proper breathing,

to smoothly exhale vowels

crimp the consonants

unlike even the basic cable guy
executing wire

relieved at least
they are not physicians
at my throat--

pools of blood
wail the mystics
bemoaning the letting

intimately knowing
our relationship
to Spirit Divine.

The Stoic

You whirl through life without remorse
your mind with Stella glory
you're life so lived with stern in course
you block out auditory

You feel no pain which serves you well
and others do respect
no gain for physicians to therefore tell
no need for ill detect

It may seem as if you are complaining
when you say ouch or start to flee
you don't feel it though it's worth explaining
for the stoic here is me

Lockdown- 43rd Day

First full moon of Vaishakha enlightened Lumbini
Before three thousand years earth observed saintly

Last night the full moon peeped through window glass
There loneliness led and my existence sought that nimbus

Noiselessly the wings came from the moonlight
Unicorn showed the reel how to remove virus kite

Starry fortnight moon enjoying tonight's pray
Healthy earth light on the physicians successful way

Completely Unafraid

I am in awe of my sisters
nieces
writers, poets, songwriters, musicians
physicians
so creative every way
sewing cooking writing publishing, diagnosing curing
moving the world in a better way
unafraid of a sewing machind or a rejection letter
they move on
medical school in her 30's
two pubished novels
designs stationary
designs baby clothes
writes, travels, performs her own songs
completely unafraid
throwing themselves
into their lives.

Affectedness

I walk the Sunday streets once more
Long before the peal of church bells
Tuned to summon the hypocrites
From their cozy residences.
It will be awhile till they flock
En masse to the numinous house:
The butcher whose scale is slightly
Off in his favor; the lawyer
Whose soul was sold ages ago;
The car salesperson cramming cars;
Physicians unmindful of the poor
And an overweight clergyman
Orchestrating the proceedings.
Bong! Bong! Soon the parade begins.

Lockdown- 46th Day

(F-O-R-T-Y-S-I-X)

Fear with panic attacking now the physicians and nurses
Out of leisure the polices also living in frightened distress
Residual places burning under the scorching summer sun
Treatment of the wounded breath boiling in unnatural germ
Yet, hope planting the seed of healthy life in the womb of invention

Soul mate on the reef of dived pearl
Ink of the poem smiling for fair world
Xeroxing the life everyday with no Carl
