Permanence

i thought sadness was just a feeling
'til you made it my addiction
i thought pain was just temporary
'til you tattooed it on my skin

presence yet feels by touch
bliss beats within form spear
etched within in permanence
pulsations that never disappear

lacking in knowledge
cyclic pain and joy confounds
we feel incomplete

That we feel contrast,
orbits are elliptical,
manifesting the seasons.

Perhaps this is true
but for bliss in permanence,
the light in our hearts must merge.

Skin Deep

Take her blank canvas
And with invisible ink
Turn her into something beautiful.
To be marked eternally.
Others have attempted permanence,
Only one imprint lasts.

Freedom and Permanence

These are the names of Grace
Found in nature by many..
Never-ending change in the midst of
And made of the Permanence...

Creases

Folding words into
a feeling
The permanence was
addictive
The creases
redefining
And the transcendence
sublime

(Nashville Tennessee: 'The Bluebird' October 1991)?

A Drop

Let me take vintage from the looks,
Blue, reddish and deep dreamy,
For transient is the taste of wine,
But a drop sipped from the eyes,
Intoxicates quality of permanence.

Dealing with Death

The darkness,
I will not dwell,
and the pain shall ebb.

Withered in its wake,
indelible of mind.

Intervals by chance,
a surety in life.

Grief,
the toll of it's permanence.

I anoint myself
applying ethereal vermilion
the ‘I’ not being ego
‘myself’ not being mind-body
so thus no-thingness
ushers fullness of blissfulness

igniting form in permanence

Timelessness

Permanence

Without movement

And as movement..

Timelessly it's

What's happening...

Gravity
Real force spinning
A weight on my knees
Veritable science nonfiction
In a moment the apple fell, Newton noticed
Trusted source of orbiting satellite's permanence

Permanence

My permanence is fluid,
elemental water.
The rock is solid
and appears infallible.
'Tis the stream that penetrates
and wears away stone shapes
pulling with it mineral and time constraints.

Soul Deep

I’m tied
But no longer a stranger to patterns
This is my release
Or my forever permanence

I don’t know who to ask when I say this
But please
I do not want to die
The carrier of gods message

Dissolute Permanence

I glow in the dark
In my living casket
Foul bioluminescent
Engulfed in the scent
Self-offering present
I'll curb the descent
Corpse waters relent
I'm back at the end
From this I contend
My incessant event

awareness oscillates
so renouncing ownership
resting both mind and senses
presence embraces vibrant stillness

remaining therein untouched
save by divine magnetism
as bliss in permanence
is gently so enabled
