God's Flame Will Aim

God's Flame Will Aim

Pentecost Sunday

When you want to achieve much fame,
What you need to have is God's flame,
As of latest,
Still the greatest,
And let Him guide so you can take aim.

Breathe

It’s very easy
to breathe,
but a true talent,
to lose ones breath
or learn the magic
to take anothers.

Just be as still
As possible,
And take it in,
The everyday magic will,
rain down around you,
like the fires of Pentecost.

And when it happens,
And it will;
You'll be speechless.
Trying to catch your
Breath.

Premium Member Mother Mary Really Help Us

Yes
Since beginning of the Church
Experience has taught that Mother Mary helps
Millions of Christians testify to it

Example when she protected
A bride and groom
In Cana
From embarrassment

In the Upper room
On Pentecost
She prayed
Midst of the disciples

Her love for us never ceases
We’re sure
She will plead for us
Now and the hour of death

Can You Believe Four Thousand

Can You Believe Four Thousand

God has helped me to write
everyone of them. Jim Horn

This is really a belated Pentecost Poem
being that yesterday was Pentecost Sunday
for us weirdo Christians.

Over the years many causes have been lost;
What about some people does seem to frost,
And upsets me the most;
They both brag and boast,
And never do believe in God or the Pentecost.

Thank you God for my four thousandth poem.
Could have not done it without YOU.

Pentecost

When you left us
I saw how the clouds parted,
rent curtains,
as you cleared earth’s
drossy smear,
and passed into a heaven
bright beyond
my wildest imagining.

Bereft, fearful, we
shut tight the door
against wolves’ howling
and waited for you
to keep your promise.

At first it was a whisper,
the sea-ward wind
prying loose our
weak walls,

but soon the song rose, until
its power overwhelmed us
with chords of faith,
and, afire at last,
we spoke!

Pentecost Praise (Psalm 139)

O Lord you have examined my heart
and know everything about me
you changed my life the way that it should be
as far as the east is from the west up into the heavens or into the depths of the sea
wherever I go your Spirit will always be with me
you carved me in the palm of your hand
and in your presence I will forever stand
we praise you in everything that we do
all Glory Honor and Praise belongs to you
forever and ever Amen.

taken from the first line of psalm 139.

Wind and Fire

Wind and Fire

Have you ever heard the story
About the day of Pentecost
When God sent down His Glory
To bring conviction to the lost
Men gathered in an upper room
All praying in one accord
For Jesus promised that He’d soon
Send the Spirit of the Lord
Suddenly came a mighty sound
Of wind and tongues of flame
The Holy Spirit had come down
To make man His domain
The promise is for everyone
As many as God will call
On all that ask of Christ the Son
Will God’s Wind and Fire fall
