Pearl of the Orient

Brought out by sages
Birthed within seas of dharma
Beheld by Mani
Begotten as the world’s soul
Brought out by the rising sun

Premium Member Ocean Breeze Is the Boss

she comes in with an attitude
probably from the Orient
left over from the Crusades
she is wise, wizen, old.
she flicks ocean onto my cheeks
I taste salt
ocean breeze is the boss.

A Trip To the Orient

by Wayne Wysocki

A poppy is pretty and bright
And its juice is so far out of sight
That the smoke in a den
    Full of dirty old men
Makes all of them high as a kite.

Premium Member Beauty and the Best

She is a woman of the East,

The hidden treasure of the Orient.

Her beauty is like a pearl in the ocean.

She is a woman of brilliance and glamour.

She is a typical Filipina,

The best woman you'll adore.

Lazy Leader

Exorbitant-

extortionist,

self-orient-

red-royalties with,

oil based rents...

Ten-tentacle dresses,

head-level-leftover-ness.

"Instead of shedz we're getting into the mess,"

the fled are those who made precautions press,

loftily next.

Premium Member we three pups of orient are

We three pups of Orient are….
Lounging in stockings, not so far.
Shield and mountain, paws and fountains,
Following yonder star….

Oh, oh….
Star of wonder, star of bite
Star of normal beauty, bright,
Westward leading, teeth receding…
Give us our bones, we want tonight.

Premium Member Magis Of The Orient

Magis
Sent from East
With presents on hand
Wishing, walking with glued hand
By land traveled from Orient far
Praying, bowing before the mightiest Star
Never before in a lifetime
  the World changed half-time
Like magic under spell
World rejoiced where true believers dwell

Premium Member I Think My Computer Has a Virus

I noted with alarm that my computer was 'MADE IN CHINA', in the Orient!

Up until a week or so ago, with its operation I was quite content.

But for the past few days its performance has been less than desirous.

Ach! Could it be that it has contracted the dreaded coronavirus?

Corona

When he took his last breath
he did not know ,his throat was a
slithering snake spiting invisible poison
upon the beloved one's

Before catching the terrible
it crawled towards their soul
and exiled them in the farthest island
of the orient.

Later they all met
in the bay of frozen coffin's.

Mad snake crawled further.

Hazine of the Orient

Her name sounds like holy
Like the ancient mystery
She's a blend of ebony
With a tinge of galaxy

Her wisdom amazes me
Like she knows my cup of tea
Except for fad and fashion
We have a lot in common

She complements my color
Like I'm the strength and she's the valor
Like the missing piece of my dream
That surges like my long lost stream

Precious Stones

Precious stones shine.

I shine, too, like Pearl
of the beautiful Orient.

I do not drink vodka,
except in wintry nights,
when I’m with friends---

In the evening sea,
catching those stars,
twitching at night,
when the moon’s out.

I don’t have to drink
to shine, but it pleases
my blood, as I guide
these young fishermen,
home. I’m one of them.

Poetically Presented Politics

Poetically presented politics
Is something I find fun
Try not to party orient
Or point to who's the one

Look for funny foolish things
That should not be a point
If not used in the current race
Could put runners in the joint

If half truths got an Oscar
And a sidestep got them two
All would be awarded one
And most of them a few

Pearl of the Orient

Pearls of the orient
Where the gallants dwell
Like the jewels of the ancient
Their luster casts a spell

As precious as gem
Countless men cherish them
Their charm is a cure
To the hearts that deeply sore

Men swim the ocean
Just to have them at hand
For their radiance so divine
Makes the gloomy hearts shine

One day I shall venture
To have the pearl I most adore
Her beauty and allure
Brings rapture to the soul

Oriental Host

Waqar Zaka
What is your introduction?
Are you a snake in the eagle's shadow or a youthia?
Have you oppressed your rivals?
Have you invaded the circle?
You are an intercontinental guy
Your instincts made you grow
You have dared to talk and walk
Are you good enough to stalk?
Note.Every chief has a chieftain.
Q.Do you agree with me?
2nd hand cheez k 2 faiday hain
Aik to ye kam qemat pay milti hai,
Aur dosra ye ravan ho chuki hoti hai.

Premium Member Pondering Her Choices

Sharita is pondering her choices; and there are many.
Travel to the Rivera with her husband who is grouchy
Stay the weekend with her mother who needs her
Run off to the Orient and make a new life away from both?

She puts on her prettiest lipstick, and grabs her sun hat
Waits for crepes in the courtyard of her favorite restaurant.
A French gentleman approaches to offer her another choice.
Can a woman not look pretty without this kind of attention?

Times Three

You are but a noun do you know?
Inside of you lie me, myself, and I.
Residing in light of your naked eye,
This is how divine seeds sow a row.

Sown high or low,
So do not be shy.
And do not sigh.
And never, let go.

Orient yourself times three,
To person place and time!
You are rooted like a tree,
And it is secured to climb!

Who is that light form living inside of you?
And who is that silent one that you talk to?

Kitchen Nectar

KITCHEN NECTAR

How sweet the walls must taste
when cuisines and anvils fuse about the place
and spices unite from every orient
How beautiful the arc must be
between the vulcan chefs
when spoons and hammers vulcanize
above the temple floor
How enhancing is a sight
when once invention comes
and swinging doors emit a sound
like some nebulous light
Could cohesion cause a glow?
Revelry and invention could you know
Or is it spoons arcing in the air
to weld a plate below

Jasmin

Gleaming stars in a Chinese percaline teacup
around its rim golden dragons loop the loop.

If the vessel had been larger
a trillion lights could have shone
from that Jasmin infusion.

A young man could get drunk,
a mere youth could lose his mind
looking upon the delicate hand
that offers it to him.

Green orient eyes smile
knowing the spell
will work then and yet later.

A much older man
drinks tea from a mug,
a memory still engendering
a fragrant light-headedness.

Mystic Orb

Above the plains the orb abides
The fiend’s hole forever bound
To all the dirt a light ashine
The mystic wind below ‘ll pound

Kind rush to rock ‘ll lie
Orient face to acclaim the eye
Sword in hub cuts in tie
To all a kind amiss a bye

A turn of time the order round
The Kin in call a limb accord
Tree ‘ll sway a thorn found
Grass ‘ll rise to seal the board.

Will descent and take the place
A complete state unite again
Kindred peace all ‘ll trace
The apex end by all ‘ll gain
