Ocean Breeze Is the Boss

she comes in with an attitude
probably from the Orient
left over from the Crusades
she is wise, wizen, old.
she flicks ocean onto my cheeks
I taste salt
ocean breeze is the boss.

I love it when your share things from a different viewpoint. Always interesting in your poetry, Caren. A poet friend in Texas, Bill

I love it. I love the salty taste of the sea. I love the ocean, period!
