Quarrelsome neighbours are the worst
Rage bubbles and screams of obscenities escalated
~ Taken away in a hearse
Wordku: 5-7-5 words
A well known bible school teacher
Went to the game with the preacher
She shouted obscenities
And made no amenities
He had her banned from the bleachers !!
Gosh-darn-it! Dog-gone-it! What’s THAT all about?
Somehow it feels better to spit out and shout
Offensive pain-remedies
(A string of obscenities)
Exorcizing demons by cussing them out
Got a wee puzzle for you guys to figure out
How come cold water comes from the hot water spout
Something's got crossed
Brain's covered with moss
All full of obscenities, as I scream and shout
an old man's mouth
nose dives
the slumping drawbridge
of an flattened fortress
rocketing obscenities fallout
fissioned lips as overtaxed
silkworms labor on
spinning cesium shrouds
to hide our dead
from presidential eyes
Cat shot out - got under my feet
Knocked my sore toe, nearly did weep.
Obscenities shouted through sharp, throbbing pain
Now I am back to limping again.
Groundhog day played back its game
Why am I so unlucky? hmmm. Amen.

Poets are often solitary,
Eschewing social amenities,
Surrounding their castles with Boxberry,
Cursing the unwary with obscenities
Best left to the imaginations
Of hermits and old men,
Whose skill in communications
Sends gray-haired women back to the hen-
House.
Wrestling with his conscience
Abstaining from verbal exchange
Regretting his words
Offended by obscenities
Forgetting his ticket
What is happening now?
Obnoxious little men
Rallying in no mans land
Dire Consequences
Spasmodic verbal abuse.
Related to the football match:
He dives into a liquor bottle, and
Zigzags like a snake on the sand.
A wife waits for her hero,
But who comes as a zero.
Obscenities ooze from his ‘stupor gland’.
(My limerick which was selected and published in Selected Poems Anthology 2013 by Pendle War Poetry, U K)
A curious man loved his mother
Whenever he came to visit
He would give her many hugs
Then he would loudly yell
Curse obscenities
Then he would love
With a heart
He would
Scream

she screams obscenities at the shadows that dance in her head,while the tone of midnight whisper the lyrics of dead poets in her ear.She knows she's alive because sweat covers her body like a misty autumn rain and she is chilled.She awakens,morning beckons her like a bad hangover,she is trapped in madness and desires the interlude of a life undisturbed.
WITHOUT YOU
Without you it will be no Liberty;
Without you it will be no eyes;
Where I could see;
Without you it would be obscenities;
Without you there'll be no peace;
Without Elohim ;
there would be nothing;
Creator of all;
He's Almighty God;
All Father without there would be nothing

Written words by James Edward Lee Sr.2025
Whither rhyme and meter
counting the number of feet or
sustained metaphors, sharp similes
framework for what we called poetry
Alas, today, almost anything goes
slams and raves some tend to ‘fave’
while others dig obscenities and graves
I hear tell there’s ‘a poetry revival’
~ though I sense a fight for survival
The world spins
Faster than a Ferris wheel
Quick quick quick
To make a young girl squeal
3rd rock from the sun
Isn't steady, but sure can be fun
Quick quick quick
The cloud images become moving pictures
Free entertainment
But
Vomitting has yet to begun
At the pace of the man on the street
Yelling obscenities
And waving a gun
Nope, that's not fun
Not at all
Form:
The intrigue was deepening.
Remove the capstone.
You had buried a
legend alive.
The trial begins and
ends, leaving no room
for any shady questions,
and fake answers.
You don’t want to accept
a lesser pain. There was
no door, no window.
The arousal comes
when you hear the
explicit obscenities.
You want another twist to a tale.
I want to demolish the fate.

Jubilant Jeewillikers, Jackety Jackety Jack Jack
I laugh and I smirk with my yackety yak yak
Try something new, Dr. Seuss says into my ear.
It delights me in all ways, I have nothing to fear.
I jump onto a geewiggleworm’s posterior and back.
I am yelling obscenities that make my feckless face crack.
Jubliant Jeewillikers, Jackety Jackety Jackety Jack
I laugh at happiness given to me by this Whackety Whack Whack!
Voices calling, shrieking at me.
What can I do to appease?
My head full of screams, a heart
full of pain, my body shaking and ill
at the fear.
I can't seem to still them,
I want to be free.
With no end in sight,
the tunnel is dark,
my mind shouts obscenities
only I hear.
Seething with hate,
teeming with love,
the dichotomy shredding my soul;
evident pain in my eyes as I stare
blankly at nothing, yet
everything there.
Form:
everywhere I try to walk
The cement is dirty
With the most outrageous talk
Slang here
F YOU's there
Mothers on the street
Obscenities everywhere
The thrill is lude
Trying hard to be rude
I am a Hyprocrite nitwit
it's so easy to conclude
The Cross around me
But my mouth needs some soap
Heckling and swearing
How can my ideology hope to cope
My own word
a cursory absurd
when will I sleep
and people stop calling me a nerd
Form:
The wind whispers gentle obscenities with it's icy breath...
Assurances that I am truly alone...
I stumble and fall on the hard concrete...
The true fallacy is home...
Walking aimlessly into the night...
I focus on all that I've lost...
I jot down random words..
Rhyming at any cost...
The song in my head is slightly off key...
Still dabbing the blood from my injured knee...
I'm always making it all about me...
I rot in this prison yet I am free...
