Nowhere can you find
A beauty more defined
The wide open outdoors
Under foot, under toe
Raw beauty does grow
Everywhere you go, beauty bestowed.
I sit by my window with coffee in hand
Surveying the beauty of this frosty morn.
A diamond-like sparkle covers the land.
Drab earth no longer looks forlorn.
In the winter's sunshine, it's beauty is reborn.
Not a tinge of beauty lost,
on glass pane, fading frost;
veiled view to verdant vales,
moist, moss-green mountains,
clouds cottony, hover, cover
fronds, ferns, forest fountains;
On glass pane, fading frost,
not a tinge of beauty lost.
The Spider and the Dew
This morning, my fingers curled around my cup,
I went to the window, musing about the coming day..
By the step, glistening with dew, a newly spun web.
It shown like jewels strung with abandon.
Its fragile beauty left me almost disbelieving..
Can the spider know the beauty before him?
Perhaps it's his reward for his magnificent weaving.
Form:
Breathing in the
fresh air
Easy to see beauty
everywhere
Always available to
one and all
Under the flower and up to
tree tall
The wonders of Nature
showing off
Is nothing to take lightly
or to scoff
For with all the beauty Mother Nature
bestows
Under the rainbows when the
rain flows
Lately I’ve had this beauty
within my view
This beauty resides
within you
The Luna’s loom
… The zenith of zoom
She stands strong,
Staring from the skies
In beauty and glamour
…Clad in a short hunting dress
Armed with an alluring bow
With a quiver full of arrows
To hunt the evil men and women
… She guides her colorful chariot
She is the goddess of healing
The beauty of our celestial ceiling…

The snow around me,
crisp and cool,
such beauty and such splendor.
You'd think It's luscious
waves of ice
shant hurt a foot so tender.
I breathe aloud
my hand reached out
and grasped the sweet white stranger.
When I pulled back
my hand drew blood
not fathoming it's danger.
So in denial
I took a while
Examining it's mass.
The beauty faded
White went red
mistaken snow for glass
(glass for snow)
On vibrant fragrant green I walk along today
As music of surroundings fills my waiting ears
The nature of the day comes alive for all senses
As I stop, lie down and appreciate the beauty of it all
Like a tidal wave of splendor I am overcome with joy
As the beauty of the day, nature, surrounds, comforts me
Alive I am, I am one with the surroundings, experiencing day
I am but a ray of one of the many rays of sunshine upon the earth
One sweet moment of beauty taking its chance to pass on through
colors of yellow and pink with some lovely shades of blue
It may not be a garden of Eden and its moment fades fast
Branding you forever with its beauty that couldent last
Sometimes it brightly glows other times its a dim light
But we always know its never seen at night
They say if you follow it at the end theres a pot of gold
So when you share a rainbow its all the riches you will hold
A simple flower with crimson petals
Painted by the hand of God
Below the beauty lies the thorns
That some might even think odd
The thorns are but a symbol
That signify His pain
The crimson red, His sacrifice
The blood, that left a stain
It's beauty honors Heaven
Petals straining toward the sky
Humbled by the morning dew
A gift, from Him on high
The flower of love, they call it
The most popular flower chose
And now you know the story
Behind the beautiful rose
Standing fearlessly beneath the sky.
A haven for creatures that fly.
The beauty of your many outstretched limbs
paint such wondrous pictures
in the subtle landscape.
Fires will destroy you so.
I would rather see
your natural state,
so free,
magnificent.
Strength and beauty so.
Climbing frames to the heavens.
Protectors and spies.
