when life tired of the living

By bring out all the nipples
	To the given shore
Along the empty lake
I sense this water is sucking
My muscles like teeth!

I Wonder.

i wonder how long i will be alone
in this house,
in this life.
i wonder how long i will hurt,
in my muscles,
in my heart.

the muscles in your forehead
control your eyebrows
and your outlook
so just know to look beyond your brow
if you know how !

Headache

twisting head muscles
rip down my neck and tighten
even my teeth ache
need to close my eyes
in dark silence
a week would be good

Smiles

They say it takes more muscles
to frown than it does to smile.
I don’t know if this is true,
but smiles surely do shorten the miles.

Fibrous Cord

Fibrous Cord

My fibrous cord who
attach the muscles of
the calf to the
heel bone are
sometimes as sharp as
a sharp knife.

Becoming Less

The muscles tire,
eyes turn blank.
The heart is afraid,
the mind overflows.
We’re meant to defeat them all —
why did you stop growing?

Floating

I just float there,
Closing my eyes,
Just one more time,
Relaxing my muscles,
Expanding my mind,
Just floating soundlessly,
Letting peace fill me.

Muscles In Brussels

Today
In Brussels
They took the flag away
Today
"The People" had their say
As the UK flexed its muscles
Today
In Brussels

Slope In the Botanic Gardens

Steep slope
Elope.

Ready
Steady.

Go fast
At last.

Skid down
Clarks frown.

Muscles
Angles.

Enjoy
Annoy.

Pleasure
Treasure.

Blue day

A blue day today
But I wrote a couple of verses
And I feel a bit better
As if I met a good friend
And I lost some tension off of these crumpled muscles.
