Moose

I still feel sadness
whenever I think of Moose
he was a great cat
when it was time I held him...

Yes, Justice aspires to be blind,
But Cupid is not far behind.
His aim is so loose,
A moose and a goose
Once found that their stars were aligned.

The Elusive Moose

A singular beast is the moose
And said to be quite a recluse.
Fleet-footed, it seems
It's only in dreams
You'll capture a moose on the loose!

Premium Member Average Moose vs Silly Goose

I chanced upon a silly goose
More clever than the av’rage moose
          The goose would sit
          Spew endless wit
That moose was sure no Doctor Seuss

Carrie Had a Moose

Carrie had a moose fine if you ask me
Asked my dog Lee out for a date in Kree
When she kissed the novice dog
Out there was a smell of fog
I invited Carrie over for tea

Premium Member Hunting For Moose

hunting for moose

tonight sitting here
knowing you are far
into the forest hunting.
i ride in the pocket
over your heart
warm and safe.
the lullaby of your earth drum
beats at my back.
i rest upon the swells
of your chest a sea of
sweet breath rocking me
i will always be here
for your spirit has found
a place for me too.

Utter Nonsense

Allow me to introduce the hermit Hugh who I do deduce felt it within himself to eschew an embrace yet being obtuse when on a wild chase did goose a moose in the caboose then a disgrace but such behaviour did induce Bruce another recluse to pick up the pace when playing footsie under the table fast and loose

Premium Member Bull Moose Party of 1912

Teddy P. Roosevelt in 1912 feeling sassy, hale and hearty,
Promptly formed a wonderful new impressive political party.
Women suffrage was on the agenda along with primary direct,
Many educated women jumped onboard, his agenda to inspect.
Yet would not get the vote for decades, no matter how clever and arty,
It was called by many supporters and friends the happy Bull Moose Party.

The Moose At the Door

THE MOOSE AT THE DOOR

In Fairbanks

Winter days are bitter
Nights are deadly frigid
Tires are square
Breath freezes into icy scarves
Auto grills spew plugs like old TVs
In Fairbanks
In the dead of winter

Alaska winter tears the green
Out of the trees

Brittle cold conquers the land
And moose
Deadly dangerous
Desperate to feed their young
Beg at the door
Like raging Buddhist monks with rice bowls

Moose ? Geese ?

So with a moose in my closset, and these mice in my ears, you ask me to spy a Walrus ?
So the moose turns into geese and our geese turn to a moose and the walrus turns into a
hundred clams ?
Then ! our new moose stomps the clams until shining silver coats the sand and 1 crying gold
fairy cries a space elf..
The geese eat the silver and fly away gold ducks.. but nothing really changed for them at all.
