Knocked down a pervasive glass ceiling
And left the racist bigots reeling,
Meteoric rise to Vice-Presidency
And the praise for her ascendency
Lets little girls know the sky is the limit

Jubilant Joy
I'm whooping and clapping and highly euphoric
Then running and jumping at speed meteoric,
My heart is enraptured, my spirits elated
I'm over the moon and my mind's captivated.
Excited, delighted, with hopes soaring high:
I've fallen in love with a wonderful guy!

Premium Member I Tell Myself I Will Not Return
I tell myself, I won't come back!

As on a unknown highway, I now feel quite lost.

I long to find my Poetic soul.

It somehow got lost in a misty
darkness.

I miss my soul with all it's passion and furies.

Perhaps the moon, will bring it back to me with
meteoric fashion.

For to me, I cannot pen poetry, sans passion.

The Screaming Toilet
One morning while strolling in the park
A screaming toilet fell from the sky
A stewardess strapped to it like a rock

Falling airline personnel in suits and ties
Toilets working overtime without their wings
Thinking about flushing away unwanted things
Did someone forget to secure a bolt or two?
Did the lady mistake it for a parachute?
I often think about how safe it is to fly
As screaming toilets fall from the sky...
