Looper

Looper

I looped the small plane

Stick forward for speed

Slowly pull it back

And up we climb

Follow the circle

Feel the G force

Upside down at the top

Round we go now

Faster and we're done!

I looped the plane...

in the attic, a box of old postcards still smells faintly of cedar. I read the handwriting~ looped, patient, a kind of tenderness that doesn’t announce itself. Some artifacts don’t need to be rare to matter.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ salt-stained envelope softened by Atlantic mist— your words unfold warmth across my kitchen table. distance dissolves in each looped g, each smudged comma tracing laughter voiced across ocean waves.
LEATHER
Strutting in bars
Chains looped on thick rawhide belt
Gently rugged the sway
Rock - soul jigs of punk nineties.
Rhum on the side
Grip of Alpha rules the air
Branded as cool rebel -
Casting  a masculine spell.
Premium Member Burden
The space between us
Is mostly air
Fingertips brushing
What's not really there
Jumping through hoops,
We get tired and forfeit
The momentum that's looped
With how little we gain
This weight that we're lifting
With an open hand,
It defines what we mean
To the world we live in
Now and then
Peering back through misted glass.
You.
An intimately known stranger next to me.
Echo waves lap in and out of my mind...
Reality? Looped events pulsating.
Can't trust the cine film past.
Click. Thud. Tapdancing on my heart.
Staccato feelings.
Drop by drop I return to myself.
Phoenix.
Two Lovers
                          Authored by Chuck Keys
Two lovers alone,
Side on side as one,
Hearts together united as one,
Arms and hands entwined, tightly looped as one,
Lips synced merged into each as one,
Words unspoken, breathless heated passion as one,
Ageless love, in love, as one.
Lianna
Love was never meant to be for us as for common men
Intellect looped us and we respect what can never blend
Admirable enough just to say the true word friend
Nature be kind to us, and recycle us to flower again
Nurturing what before we struggled amend
Art and beauty in two hands, but nothing else to lend.
The Rope
Jute or hemp
braided, twisted, twirled
coiled neatly
waiting for heavy metal
down slowly to the cool deep sea.
Holding -
Thin and leather-like
guiding the stallion
through his paces
over a fence
through the green mist.
Guiding -
Swinging new and fresh
from cross bar or chandelier
looped tightly around white skin
gasping for air
no pills needed.
Releasing -
Premium Member owl loved turtlenecks
owl loved turtlenecks especially in red
Give me a cowl, I’ll wear it until I am dead
There was a fierce wind, it had a big howl
A huge beast flew past, another kind of fowl
Was that a raven or crow? Owl asked a pal
I do not know, she said I’m a near-sighted gal
They noted the black bird had a looped jowl
Dripping from it was a giant I, their favorite vowel.
Autumn Blues
After you left
I daydreamed about your smile
And listened to your voice
In the echoes of my mind.
Outside, beyond the loneliness
Of my heart,
The crisp golden rouge
Of autumn tumbled in
Sweeping and floating
In a melancholic haze;
Yet here, alone
With the worn fabric of
My memories
 I just existed and fell
Into your smile
That continually looped
Over and over again.
I'M In Love With My Sister
I stare at her eyes
All day when I arise
I spare all my time
All day before I realize
I'm in love with my sister
I stopped to think
Because I'm full of lover's ink
I looped from the pink
Later landed on lover's drink
Oh! i love my sister
It is hard though
To keep this fact a glow
This was an act though
To indicate this love glow
Because,I'm in love with my sister
Jagged fragments of a puerile chorus compose my fledgling thoughts.
Each shrill shard impales my soul with piercing slivers of childish inflections.
     Looped refrains of callow mantras whorl my mind in endless rounds.
                                   tantrumed harmonies,
                              sung upon a splintered stage…
                                      my inner children
Premium Member Flying Ace Kills It
Snoopy was slamming through the skies
At top speed, stealthier than the other fliers
Flying ace of the year, he assured anyone who would listen
Tweety bird sat in the co-pilot seat, knowing he’d best be quiet
They looped and whorled and rat-a-tatted the enemy
Guns blazing, fierce and untouched.
Sixty-two bullet holes, and they were unscathed.
Snoopy stretched his hand out and knocked over his water bottle.
Divided
Divided into the pieces of pieces of pieces,
That form my fully conscious conscience
I hate that love to love
Have the ability to love to hate
But will always hate to hate
I wish I could be the over praised,
over exaggerated,
over rated normality that is blessed to so many
But me
I want to be inside the box
because the weather out here,
sucks as much as my skewed and looped perception of
Where I thought I was going....
Night Raid
It was night sin
of domesticity. Dyed, I am loading
the white secret of pain
in the hollow of a mayhem.
Till every blunder takes a
downward flight striping the outsized
image of a kill. His flames are
now singeing the eyebrows of angels.
His  foes have entered the compound.
The black was alluringly looped in
a stream of blood. Death did not
wait for a ceremony.
Lips forgetting the golden sheep,
tongue apologies for the wronged earth.
Desire
Desire sometimes to go back to my engineering college days,
Desire sometimes to go back to my junior college days,
Desire sometimes to go back to my school days,
Desire sometimes to go back to my junior  childhood days,
But......
Damn I Desire to go back into the precious place..My MOTHER'S WOMB..
It is the only SAFE PLACE left..No other dare to touch..
P.s. The mindset of hopeless creatures sucks.. Don't know when the looped laws gets unrolled?
Again and Again
Every time I close my eyes, my heart is full of stains,
You smile and here is only pain and pain and pain,
Love has been determining my destiny again and again and again,
The waited love of my life, has all gone in vain,
Now I am alone and OH! It rain and rain and rain,
You have made me feel stranger again and again and again,
The time throws me far away and then stops,
Looped in this moment, I am going insane,
Just for once hold my hand, then wait and wait and wait,
