. . . star-lit dewdrops glow
thick, toxic, black puffs billow
smothering smog, go . . .
A flame is lit
a flame of freedom
Will it become a blazing torch
~ or slowly lose support
A Zen Koan
Blanking out my mind, I lit a candle.
The flame burned low and chased away the darkness.
February or Feb-u-ary
Tooz-day or Tee-use-day
Wends-day or Wednesday
Say 'em like you mean 'em
else you'll demean 'em
Drippy fingers I want to lick
sticky sweet with a quck pick;
Strawberries mix that jam
it hits me a wild slam;
Bees tend to swarm a lit wick.
~distant dusty different dark diamonds brilliant lit bright lights dark lit diamond shine~

Early morning rainfall,
followed by the mid-day sun
dew filled pine and fir limbs
light up like a christmas tree......
As I open mine eyes , I was first to see as I am blind;
So I closed my eyes lit up is darkness;

lustrous gun in sun
gun of lust
oil your iron
sun bathe it
as it gleams
sun keeps shining iron
point your piece
show them your
reflecting gun lust
Remember,
keep your jack-lantern lit
‘cause on this eve should its flame quit,
dead-bolted doors won’t protect you
from baleful spirits pouring through!
a solitary candle lit in the night
suddenly the face of buddha
resonates with me and I hear clearly
gentle whispers in the dark

The end of the path, she’s there
Looking truly deceitful
Bright is the moon over her
Trying to show love

Once there was this candy, 'Bit-o-Honey'
It didn't cost a whole lot of money'
No chocolate in it
Taste of honey when bit
Jack-o-Lantern smiled ~ then acted funny
a candle lit room
scent of roses permeates~
draperies in flames

Singing in shed furthest corner of yard; lights are on in room.
Smoking in shack furthest back from house, mind is lit and with it.
Nobody to witness me, overhear anything, nor complain.
In bed I feel
I gave up on you
I have been lying to myself
If I told you I'm sorry
I broke your heart
the cadence dont rhythm
What am I to do
to err on love
like some lit fuse
let me be;
let me be the lamp
the lamp of the forest
the forest of my inner heart
let me lit up this lamp
lip up it till finding the my love

MOON LIT BEAM DOES SHINE-HAIKU
moonbeam floats so high
stuck dancing in the skies/fly's
high ever so bright

Rare is valuable.
But rare and lovely?
For which pricelessness, long sought
As dazzles, sparkly
Beyond fortunate
Jewellers, more them
Who, from up close, stare into
Such an eyed gem.
A moon lit sky of stars
Spanning far and wide
Preserved on the shelf in jars
A moon lit sky of stars
Sleeping amongst the sand bars
Listing to the rolling tide
A moon lit sky of stars
Spanning far and wide
there’s a silence somewhere that listens and hears
that feels all our pain through the gift of our tears
that helps us to see in that dark which we hide
by shining a light - lit by love - deep inside.
life's a lava lamp . as image beings
driven by heat of atoms . in a painting of a dream
and we are conscious . titled mine free will
~
The autumn sky
blushes
in soft
amethyst
shimmers,
peering down
upon
moon lit
kisses
While
maple leaf
shadows
quiver
as does my
skin, when
your moist
parted lips
meet
mine
~
up high lit atop
a city power lines
keeping warm their feet
~
chilling winds yet still
they stand atop those power
lines mock winter's cold

On the longest midnight bloody unbalanced shores,
I since found the candle- lit gardens comforting;
that perhaps erased those desired, kindred
apparition meetings in my lunatic dreams.
