LIGHT OF MY LIFE
(Apropos Of My Queen's 81st Birthday)
You light up my life;
My sunshine and its moonlight:
All darkness dispelled:-
There goes my baby
Strolling the long way home
Light of my life song
Shedding Sunday now
Kicking remnants down the slope
Waiting for Monday
Ocean amongst us,
can only separate us.
teardrops don't have to reign over us;
stars can only fade in the shine of your light,
I just want you to be in the light of my life.

You are the special occasion
You are the light of my life
Being with you is a blessing
I love you with all my heart
Our time together is magical
Our memories are a blessing
I thank God and the Universe
For our souls' eternal connection

My angel sent from Heaven above,
the light of my life,
A piece of my heart,
Such a part of my life,
I hurt you once and wont do it twice.
A guy like you is hard to find,
your one of a kind,
Dont deny
You know your my reason why
My hopes are high
And my heart is whole,
And now my love is out of control

MY LONELY JOURNEY IN LIFE WHEN DARKNESS CREEPS IN THIS LIFE.

The sky is dark,
The sun is sleeping.
The ocean is quiet,
And my eyes are weeping.
Do you know,
What happens at night?
I think of you;
The light of my life.
Then I submerge myself in a sea of blankets,
Where imagine you beside me sleeping,
And I remember the sound of your breathing.
If only you could see me.
All I can do now is pray for dawn,
But I doubt it will ever come.

With the passing of my dad
Leaves me to mourn
I was so sad
That it felt as if a prickly thorn
Had entered into my heart
Causing it to bleed
Throughout every part
My spirit had a strong need
To my comfort from my severe pain
Heartache and suffering, that drain me
I know that I’ll never be whole again
He was the light of my life, you see
He faded and drifted away
In my heart, he’ll always sta
I lay there in my bed
Nothing but you in my head
You are the light of my life
Just wish I could make you my wife
This has been a very messed up week
It hurts me when we can’t speak
Wishing I could grow wings
I would watch over you
No harm would come toward you, while I flew
This world is coming to an end
I’m trying to get around this bend

All I need in my life is you

It took me years but I finally found him. The man that looks at me as if I were the sun that warms his body and soul. The man that grows through adversity and still manages to be the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. He is thousands of stories and millions of moments, never denying who he is. Never have I seen someone so full of admiration and loyalty. His brightness never falters and his smile never fades. He is the light of my life, my warmth, my light, my sunflower.
