Is there something behind those numbers that emerge effortlessly?
Is there some pain that cannot be calculated?
Is the only thing keeping me away from being extraordinary-
These wounds that are shaped like a maze?
Why must all my struggles be infamous?
As much as their skills are lauded?
What makes a savant-
Is not within me.
Glorified and sanctified
by all these tomes,
blessed and praised, exalted,
extolled and honored,
adored and lauded
in the name of these wondrous vintage books,
acclaimed
in the name of poetry and science fiction
and lost race adventures,
sorrows and consolations,
abundance and peace,
dreams and losses
and dreaming still in celestial libraries,
Amen.
Love and laughter lifted the lukewarm and lethargic lad. He loathed school and took with levity its lessons. Lady Latoya let him understand that formal tutelage keeps life buoyant. She helped lessen his livid nature. She made him know that leeway is not a license for laziness. Everyone lauded Lady Latoya.

Where does one find True Extinction
Long gone into sad extinction?
Know I some doubly soiled magistrates
Clean for their mansions with balustrades,
A wife-beater philanthropist
Who would not pay for bandaged wrist,
A lauded sharp shooter commando
Who fired and missed stalked Fernando
And doctor who called colleague 'Dummy'
But swab forgot in patient's tummy...
And it's second missionary journey
Prompting a bribing of Attorney.
