Lightning

Lightning,
awesome power,
scattering many directions,
invokes fear, trembling and...
bolts

Colorado Skies

a
partly
cloudy sky
hovers above
spaghetti western
invokes echo chamber
of Ennio Morricone
I fancy horseback through prairies
pistols hidden beneath old ponchos
a fistful of dollars to the victor

concealing and revealing

enjoying unbound freedom, innate to Self
presence invokes the power of pure intent
whence the one becomes two and then one again
in a playful game of descent and ascent
that God’s love and light breath by breath we ingrain

Into the Soup

Come into the soup
my wordy friend coaxed
you'll really like it there

They are quite a group
these poet-type folks -
creative thoughts and flair

I peeked at the troupe
the world each invokes
and finally took his dare

The vaporised self

resting in our natural state
staid silence invokes magnetism
cool heat of bliss does not abate
igniting our mind-body prism

ceasing to size, we vaporise
receptive to influx of bliss
elixir of love never dries
caress of Divine Mother’s kiss

Fancy

Forge free fancy
Arm ample art
Note now nicely
Cheer creates chart
Yonder yields yoke
Frame fleeting form
Inch ink invokes
Rich rapture romps
Meet movements meek
Set silence soars
Flame funny freak
Obsess odd oar
Ripe richness rest
Mind moving mess

Avatar the Word Bender

The avatar is what you are
the healer and the pain
the rolling thunder of your choice
invokes the wind and rain
  stand up,stand out,
from every crowd!
  Explode your power
write outloud.
  This silence will not
be allowed
  Enchantment rolls again.

I Am Sadness

This moonless night invokes a lonely spell as I behold Earth's sky of midnight blue. Now void of light that moon and stars propel, this deep, dark blanket brings to my sad view- the nothingness beyond what stars foretell.

Poems

A poem
canny,
talkative,
voracious that
intends to innovate ...
invokes,
flames, screams,
fusses and
no one
reads it ...
A poem
manipulated,
sexed,
rapacious,
mushy,
smelling
incest ...
does nothing but
to spread the
pages,
legs ...
for soon
all come
, enter into
and read ...!

Barbied Wire

Barbed wire, it sure ain’t pink
Poor Barbie, she can’t think;
she’s a smart, sharp dresser
wire’s a sharp oppressor.
She stares with steely gaze;
wire’s steel, invokes delays.
Barbie is a girlfriend, true;
wire’s no friend of me or you.
The whole world is Barbie’s kin
barbed is there to fence us in.

Heavy Heart

Heavy heart hears,
Ink invokes ire;
Dance deeply dear,
Expose empire.
Hurl hurry's horse,
Expose empty;
Ask apt applause,
Voice vanity;
Yield yonder yes.
Hide hopeless husk,
End each express;
Air aligns ask,
Rust reaps refill;
Thrust troubles thrill.

Through My Windows

Looking into my windows,
Reveal charred sanctuaries.
Caught up in my willows,
You’ll never escape my trees.

Innocence I lack
Shows in my tire.
I looked back,
I was on fire.

Fingers grow stiff,
Shedding emotions.
While a frigid riff
Invokes new potions.

I'm in pain
And can't move.
I'm in vain;
That I can prove.

Juno doesn't like my wheel

Juno doesn’t like my wheel;
not sure I comprehend the deal.
She greets me when I walk on by,
but on the wheel I think I’d die
if only for that flimsy fence;
it really doesn’t make much sense.
The wheel invokes her sense of chase
and I would surely lose that race.
No, Juno doesn’t like my wheel,
and I’d not like to be her meal.

Ascent

By sweat of lust inked, animal instinct, if be what drives us, dark fears will nonplus. Head-heart hand in glove, weaved in threads of love, discerns right from wrong, taking all along. When touch be gentle, thoughts nonjudgmental, our heart’s warm embrace invokes divine grace. 29-January-2023

Cessation

ceasing striving
slowing down mind
shifting to heart
poised in stillness
we animate silence
as humming intent
before its release
as burning yearning
to merge with God
Who is all love

this breathless invocation
renewed in the timeless now
invokes bliss magnetism
as the effervescence of God
enlivening our toroidal heart

Her Whisper Invokes...

your voice invokes my spirit,
love legend reminisce
supreme beauty - love ignite

we'll conjure up the night

just to hold you
your smile, my day unfolds,

...without your love,

I'm a rock buried beneath
the sea, not to bask in the
sun - the abyss, my happiness
empty

I love you creature
your love my identity

Tat Tvam Asi - That thou art

Silence layers silence, we enter deep trance
As awareness self-aware, heart invokes grace
Our formless consciousness joins the cosmic dance
Our presence expands engulfing all of space
As breath of God, in all living forms we prance
The entire universe in us we encase
This epiphany signals we are the all
Wake up hermit, truth of our true Self recall

In bondage to form

Wherefrom arises desire begetting thought,
more so in moments when we think we are still,
imagining ego is reduced to naught
and that we have surrendered to God our will?
It seems clear bondage to form invokes desire
in heart, manifesting as a fearsome fire,
quelled easily enough though if we so choose
without excuse, to make love and light our muse.

Impressions In Solitude

In quest of wisdom supreme
Seeking truth esoteric
Beyond gravity, space, time,
Beyond senses of mankind,
In solitude, musing mind,
She invokes satori dreams
And finds zeal of nirvana
In sublime motifs of peace

Zen mode

as the false ego recedes
and pristine presence emerges
this shell in which we dwell
invokes grace as bliss surges

resting stirrings that may arise
slow, slower and slower yet still
motionless in each storm
we imbibe peace to heart’s fill

quieter than the void of space
where in form we are encased
transcendent yet immanent
no puzzles remain to be laced

Bardo of Bliss

Before moistened grief crystallised in eyes dries,
humming aliveness of our heart exhumes pain
and positioned thus in the bardo, we rise,
as pristine soul presence, free from ego’s chain
invokes bliss magnetism to gently baptise,
wholeness of being in Holy Spirit’s rain,
moment by moment thus, all moments entwined,
dwelling in love and light, each breath reassigned.

Invoking grace

Every form has a name but God has no form,
therefore for our earnest God search quest to start,
softening attention we choose to conform
with love and light deeming no soul stands apart,
a way of being that invokes a bliss storm,
that our formless presence shifts from head to heart.
When our wanderings are done, we return home,
discovering in heart, name of God as Om.
