Infidelity

There was never a question to ask
Pheromones welded us to the task
Now the deed is done
What have we won?
A life wearing an "Innocent" mask?

Infidelity

When such lies are told
trust flies out of the window,
   then love can turn cold
and life is lived in shadow
     with lonely hearts left hollow.

It seems old Marty had been very bad
Of course it made the Mrs. quite mad
So she packed her bag
He waved the white flag
The rock she’s wearing the biggest they had..

Infidelity

One of the problems that damages
the household is adultery
Other marital problems
can be easily solved
by dedication.
But if one is
unfaithful,
it's a
risk.

Drinking infidelity

Stunning beauty her face really was!
She was shaped more like a lovely vase.
Never for a one night stand!
Booze brewed my sins in bare hands!
Beer dragged my shame under my wife's claws.

In That Arena

In that arena couples fight
Against infidelity, dishonesty…….
Many have fought but lost
Yet many still join the spot
But when love wanes
They totter to demise
As their opponents smell victory

Infidelity - Naani Poem

Infidelity (Naani Form)

When Love, in mercurial flight forsakes
The heart that it once cherished
Tears that flow leave
Vows and rings...tarnished.

Heartbreak

Her beautiful
Eyes are red
And
Raw from all the
Times he never followed through,
Breaking his word,
Ripping her heart to shreds,
Evidence of infidelity,
An unpardonable offense,
Killing what could have been.

Darling, It's Not What You Think

she put her finger
to my lips as if she crossed
any excuse out, as if
this trivial phrase
every man says were the last
words of human on the Earth

When the Internet goes down, it's basically over Gives permission to injure the neighbor's dog Rover Other things are permitted Such as infidelity committed But murder's off-limits cause that's not kosher

Soap Suds

OMO in the windows
On Coronation Street
Clued the milkman and the postman
Would be welcomed with a treat

Those days are long forgotten
Because the Tide has changed
The Milkman's gone forever
And our postman is deranged

Just a Toy

How can I fix my broken heart
With all these pieces I don't know where to start
Lost all my tears
His infidelity confirming my worst fears
I was never enough
I wasn't all the stuff
He wanted me to be
So now I see
That I was just a toy
For him to destroy

There are possibilities of restoration, mutual love, sanctity and redemption__
Amidst disputes,desperation,infidelity,incest and violence.
Even though,we are torn apart by irreconciliable differences__
Grace and forgiveness has become indispensible for each other!

The Story Of My Life

When my husband's infidelity thrashed
Into a lit dumpster our marriage dashed
A storybook is blackened
And the pages are so saddened
For he booked the wrongful passage that crashed

Bruised

My heart and mind is bruised.
I sat in silence waiting for the answers to my questions.
I never knew you had doubts about our love and you left me and gave your love to someone else.
I was ripped apart but I cant stop the way I feel so I forgive you for all your infidelity.

The Aardvark and the Pangolin

The Aardvark and the Pangolin,
Romantically, had been entwined.
But infidelity, was in the air,
Aardvark, had a new suiter in mind.

Pangolin, did challenge his rival,
The Anteater with beautiful snout.
Don’t fear for me, on your betrayal,
Sweet Armadillo, is taking me out.

Could a love poem right wrongs
Will you erase the betrayals
Am I that forgiving of you of me
Can cupid fly an arrow despite
the bluest tears sliding down heart
Is love such a powerful potion
That infidelity can not decrease
I love you still and always will
But is that enough?

Love Is a Hangover

HE beat me with his battered words.
He deceives me with with deceptful ways.
I live in his darkness of pain and loniness.
I long for his infidelity.

I taste his anger for me.
I sawllow his beating on me.
I look into his eyes. I see his hatred for me.
I drink myself drunk, until my love is a hangover.

Infidelity

(A lone voice whispers)

l still miss that sweet voice
Whose noise used to make my heart rejoice

But choices made need to be paid without delay

Sappy But True

Knowing in that moment,
That it was meant to be.
It opened up my eyes,
And changed my life for me.

All I knew was sorrow,
Pain and infidelity.
Then I found happiness,
In the oddest place to me.

There was real true love,
I knew this to be true.
And who is this love, you ask?
Why, of course, it's you!

Fog

Rancid rancor
From a pungent poet
Sipping fermented anger
From a shoe of Moet
Caustic climax
Of a pernicious plot
Spilling into the holes
Of his soul’s rot
Lathered Laces
In a fuming froth
Tying her infidelity
In a knotted troth
Twisted tongue
Beneath a bedeviled bog
Silenced by frayed fingers
Beneath a drunken fog

Knife

How can he just easily lie looking me in the eyes?
Then turn the fault on me he tries?
Infidelity staring at me in our bed.
My heart falls like a ton of lead.
How stupid I was to give him my trust.
He just stuck the knife in with one lethal thrust.
What little sanity I had is gone.
How could I let things go on for so long?
