Sam wears earplugs because his wife snores.
"Please see a doctor" he often implores.
"I think you have apnea
and I'd really be happier
if this is something you do not ignore!"...

In periods of misfortunes Man on his knees God implores for his suffering to confine

When prosperity comes and all goes fine Man seldom remembers to thank the divine

Wedding Toast
(For two young friends of mine on their wedding day)

For Kacie & Blake

As seasons bloom
  and wishes flow

Your love beyond
  all heaven grows

As two, now one,
  to recreate

What love implores,
  and time elates

Death Watch
Sleep your uninterrupted night
The tasks of life are now out of sight
Close your eyes once more
The struggles are over rest death implores

A bright light everlasting
Now appears with your old friends smiling
To guide you on to your place
As death ends your run race.

Her Eyes
.

Her eyes close as he enters

her lips move as to speak
     but there is silence

         he withdraws

   her eyes quickly open
 as though her eyes could
             speak

   She instantly pleads

          he enters

   Her eyes gleaming
 she playfully retreats

       He implores
         he enters
       she screams...

Seen Our Mission
Through the heart a vision
Took care to nourish
So you may flourish
Took on the storms
Love reformed
Through depth of the ocean
Our devotion
Strength through dispansion
Our heart expansion
Opened the doors
God implores
Nothing may close
It is time we rose
Took on the change
He brought the reigns
God love surrounds
We searched he found...

Ecstatic
the soul became
as
all body's honors and earthly
riches
were left behind!

Now,
free at last,
liberated from flesh's bonds,
for
alms of mercy
the
heaven implores! *

Seek Inner Calm
Troubled world
Shaken to the core
Shivers in tremors
Our inner calm implores.

Troubled heart
Shaken to the soul
Shivers in haggard
Our fear a deadly foe.

Troubled lives
Shaken to their root
Shivers in fault lines
Our faux pas to undo.

Troubled world
Shaken by one and all
Shivers in honor
Our tears have absolved.

My Wounded Heart
My wounded heart implores
Me for the people and places before
Gentle things and sincere
I still feel them oh so near

Did you remember to say thank-you
For those things they did for you
Harken back and feel it inside
Less is more for you to abide

I would like to see them again
And speak to them as family and friends
The moments then not outstanding
Now to me inside demanding.

Natures Moziac Masterpiece
Natures mozaic masterpiece in multicolored splender.
A rippling change of dancing light the river bottom renders.
The heart does soar from what life implores.
Beauty like this could never come from a store.

The world goes round without a thought.
But beauty like this needs to be caught.
A simple stone and all it's friends.
May natures moziac masterpiece never end.

This is for Rick Parise's Stones contest....

Bluebells in chime are shadows in training,
beech trees rising in a sheltering sky.
Sunlight peeks through, the merest of raining,
to guide the mauve buds to darkness close by.
Wind in the forest wafts in refraining.
Violet implores the young they must fly.

But until they're ready fledglings must wait
to one day assume their amethyst fate.

Fate At Its Limit
My ear
to the asphalt
My nose
in the wind

My mind
on tomorrow
Escaping
my sins

The road bends
before me
It twists
and it turns

Where truth
waits forbidden
And love stays
unearned

The voices
grow faint
In this gale
to escape

In front
and behind me
Both early
and late

As the mountain
implores me
Still calling
my name

With fate
at its limit
And death
— here to claim

(Dreamsleep: April, 2025)

Greed
There lies in the center,
  Of each man’s heart.
A longing for love;
  Something new to start.

It will never be filled,
  It will never overflow.
It will never have a seed,
  For something good to grow.

When he gets what he desires,
  To the world he implores.
He is already wanting,
  And wishing for more.

He craves what he can’t have,
And gets what he doesn’t need.
He hoards earthly pleasures,
  Solely out of mere, greed....

Premium Member The Village's Hope
In a village, where hearts entwine,
A girl's potential starts to shine.
The community's embrace, so warm,
Nurturing her, safe from harm.

With gentle words, and a loving hand,
They guide her steps, in this new land.
The village's hope, she's meant to be,
A shining star, for all to see.

They share their wisdom, stories told,
Of strength and courage, brave and bold.
The village's hope, her spirit soars,
As she embraces, what life implores....

In defense of your Life
My mother, my mom,
I plead to you my case.
My spirit implores and my mind ignores,
All the goodness within your soul.
I failed in ways enummerated,
You never did.
I took and ed, while
Your body gave more and more,
So that the love gave,
Made up for the love I took.
I should never deserve
Such a soul as was blessed
Into my life.
And now that you can't hear me speak,
I cannot bear the words
Weighing down in my ears....

In case of baby, do deliberate.
Reach through the years and
touch my life, my name,
My soul.
Mama your pain has been gifted to me.
When you feel as if Jesus the Christ
Is your spirit on trial
Speak these words:
The freewill of my Brian Christopher
Implores your grace, as well, that the life given,
Is there to absorb the pain of the woman.
Dear Lord let no longer the pain and suffering
Be upon Adrienne, but be upon me.
In Jesus' name, I petition you
Amen...
