Piano tuners and honeymooners

skipping to the music of the offshore ballet

sea-side sunshine coordinates the rhythm and timing

waves in motion and gulls

wide-eyed and whispering

Premium Member Why I'M On the Watch List
I am on the government watch list for only one reason.
To quote The Honeymooners Ralph Crampton,
portrayed by the legendary Jackie Gleason,
"I Got A BIIIG MOOOOUTH!"
I share with everyone what my government is truly about....

Moonstuck
We've conquered the "Moon", says my source!

Young folks, will soon go there, in force!

        What I'd like to know,

         is when Honeymooners go,

will they call "what they do", Outercourse?

Honeymooners
Nida and Nazim, the newlyweds noticed the newmoon.
A big brown bat banished them from boon.
The hubby and wife headed back inside for their honeymoon.
The mystery of night brought them out again
Together in love nothing could scare them for long
Nocturnal sounds added to their curiosity
As they explored each other in passion's song...

Black and white television set
First one in the neighborhood

Rabbit ears adjusting the reception
Rotating dial to change channels

Kiddie cartoons and Roy Rogers
Weekly ritual of Saturday mornings

Much talked about Sunday nights
Ed Sullivan his prestigious guests

Staying up past our bedtime
Honeymooners and I Love Lucy

Breaking Even Steven
Vendors ready,
About an hour til start,
Year plus of prep,
It's no walk in the park

Creative drive in full speed,
Every situation plants a seed,
Networking channel in high demand,
Without it small guys fall in quick sand

Alive with the childhood glow
Proud of their fleets, it's shows,
Displays plotted to attract consumers
One showcase highlights Honeymooners,

The goal is to break even,
No instructions, just play the game Steven.....

Goodbye Gleason
(Dedicated to Jackie Gleason who died June 24, 1987.)

I liked watching you in Honeymooners reruns.
I also enjoyed watching you in Smoky and the bandit with your stupid son.
Millions of people loved to see you act.
You were one hell of a guy and that's a fact.
In 1987 people learned that you were dying and it made us sad.
When you died, it made us mad.
You succeeded at the things you endeavored.
Because of reruns, you'll be remembered forever....

Premium Member Luner and Donder a Love Story
There once was a mad cow named Luner
Who loved Santa’s reindeer named Donder
She bought herself antlers
And a star map of Cancer
Her lift off was quite a disaster!

She mooooooooed “I really do need gas.”
Donder winked at her as he passed.
Letting go of a load
With antlers on hold,
She rose off the ground at last.

Now, Ole Santa, he saw silly Luner
He Ho Ho’ed “What is next flying tuna???”
Donder “Your grounded!
Your lust is unfounded
Get a room you two honeymooners!”...
