   moth holed sweater Queen's cape
   her well worn lawn chair throne
   she stays alert in  her tower
   surveys her realm on Alcott Lane

graceful glamour with a gate of 
glints
stretches a stream of stars 
arround sanctuaries and spirits 
that sparkle.
A habitation of Holies with 
hoists of Helium... a heavenly hint:
a world without walls 
where worshipers whirls... 
without a  wrinkle....

On TV the hero lifts a man to his shoulders
Hoists him up and walks eight miles through the woods
I cannot even lift my seventy-two-pound dog to my shoulder
Did the camera man help him get that guy up there
Or is this a dummy dressed like the hero’s sidekick?
I ponder this and thousands of other things as I watch the screen....

A two edged knife that deluges us 
With both the midlife and afterlife
Like a tempest, 
It sways us to ruination and obscurity 
Then hoists us to reclamation and lucidity
The circle of life!

It steers us through despair and hope
And leaves us in a state of mélange 
Where the failure to reset  once more
Becomes the anchor of our setback
And the attempt to reignite dead flames
Births the strength to thrive!

Tiny souls buzzing 
and humming,
Swaying with 
air waves afloat,

As rich colourful 
florets beguile,
fragrance in breeze 
antenna senses,

A gratifying feast 
of nectar regales,
while no endeavour 
to touch the sky,

Hoists the pollen 
in nescience,
benevolence of 
nature redefined,

Twilight of dusk
they return to hive, 
Mustering honey 
is a bee's delight !
