Love Life

Like in a movie
Where no animals were harmed
So are these poems
Not killing my heart's wildlife
Knowing how much you love life

My Valentine Gift

I'm giving a future,
a flower won't help this kid
She lacks food and fate,
So I'm giving her a meal;
a hope and heal her
harmed heart.

Do It Right

Blend the chemicals
arouse the sleeping patient
don't overdo it
the patient may become harmed
do it right and heal the lame

Love

We can not be shamed for sadness
We can not be blamed for madness
We ca not be harmed
For our minds tell us so
Or is it our hearts
For it is love that can keep us who we are

Premium Member Big Bad Black Sheep

Listen to poem:
Big bad black sheep,
Have you any wool?
Yes, it’s mine,
I’m gonna keep it all.
Stay away from me,
If you don’t want to be harmed;
I’m not going quietly,
I’m ready,
And I’m Armed!

Best Armed Mass Murders

Best Armed Mass Murders

This is why many people they have harmed;
Injuried and died;
Then people cried,

Haiga - Haiku

baby hedgehog save my cat was batting... beating a grandson rescue
A family of 5, 4 plus mum. My cat was giving the one in the image a rough time and was rescued by my grandson. Happy to say it was not harmed.

Dangerous

Dangerous
Like the thoughts in my head
Surprised you haven’t been harmed yet
By my knife-wielding beliefs
Put me back in focus
To that time when
Other people didn’t matter
When the only one
Who had any influence
On this life was
Me

The heart knew,
Before the mind knows,
The soul warns,
Before your faith is harmed.

The eyes shut,
Before your body is hurt,
The love dies,
Before your life is gone.

Premium Member LEGACY

May we be blessed to understand…our legacy
is what we do every day…it’s what other people see…

It’s every person who’s heart we’ve touched…
every person we’ve helped…or charmed…
It’s also every person we’ve injured, demeaned and harmed.

Dancing Through the Storm

Thank you god
For the good the bad
The happy the sad
The rain the pain
Everyday, same ole thing
Praying for a big change
Victory is on the way
In this tunnel I will not stay
Smiling and dancing through the storm
With God on my side, I can’t be harmed

Im Afraid of Your Face

gregariously aloof and whimsical
flighty and shifty,
formless...

a rigid basis of logic
protects the wavering light,
setting the course for those without a course.

the time and emotion are one,
intervals aligned,
vulnerable yet persistent.

often harmed...

Love's Timeless Journey

Love is like water, soft and yielding
If you attempt to grasp it, you lose it
But if you hold it gently, you have it
Love is gently persistent like water's soft flow
It cannot be harmed or destroyed
For it simply returns to Source
Coursing on the breath of spirit...

Goched By Love

Of all the things in life that have harmed me
love has harmed me most
And of all the things I feel are strange
love has meant the most

When all the time I went for most
was all the time I left for toast
As called the time I spent the most
my hopes and dreams I died the goched

Premium Member A Prayer For Him

He was once strong and trim
with much ahead for him
but now I feel my heart sink!

His quality of life
and future with his wife
are harmed by his love of drink.

I pray he’ll reinvent
himself and thus prevent
dear life ending in a blink.

Nakba

Blindness of the mind fertile ground for hate to expand when societies become blind no doubt atrocities will follow if a little Angel shall rise and speak up the devils will be ferocious shouts of "she is the evil witch" a child who harmed no one and the genocide marches on.

Today I Was a Lion

Today I was a lion
I lay out on the lawn
With the cat by my side
And together
We were a small pride
Beneath the searing heat
Of the Serengeti
Well South Herts
To be precise
But it was nice
In our jungle garden home
And we would like to reassure you
That no antelope were harmed
In the making of this poem

Premium Member A Fallacy of Notion

Smack the Naysayer upside the head
far fewer would have been harmed
had citizens not been disarmed --

Forefathers wise for Second Amendment
which Naysayers habitually make defendant

a necessary tool
to keep safe even the fool
preventing complete social upheaval
while man, his soul, remains harbinger
of evil!

Premium Member Our Choices

Which direction are we to take?
Which choices are we to make?

We do not have the luxury of indecision
Great decisions assist us in our mission

Good or bad, we have boarded the ship
Waters, troubled or calm, we take ownership

We or others often get harmed and burned
Then, we apologize, and from them we turn

I Am Sorry

To all those that i have harmed,
I am sorry.
To all the men that I have fought,
To all the girls that I have put on their knees,
I am sorry.
I should not have taken what is righfully yours,
Your pride in yourself should not have been broken,
I am sorry.
If I could take it all back I would,
But I can't,
and for that,
I am sorry.

God Help Us When Afraid

God Help Us When Afraid

God help us, when we became afraid;
Through problems and fears will wade;
Experience sorrow,
Today and tomorrow,
Caused by sinners who have strayed.

More people harmed in a synagogue
in Pittsburg. More to worry about.
Bauer obviously is German and may
be of Jewish ancestry. Another hate
crime.

Its 53 Words But 2 of Them Are A

A an and an a
both besotted beguiled
care careened carelessly
devilish d doted dangerously
envy exploded evil evolved
for fate faked future fates featuring fatalities
gradually giggles gone
Happiness halted hope honestly harmed
I ill imagine images imaginary
just judge jest jump justify
Kick knee kill keep
labouring lets laugh less lastly
