The soul can be so still and quiet
From contemplation hard to pry it
While all about it, flesh does gyrate
The soul's domain is mindful pilates
Legions of snow flakes
gyrate in unseasonal quakes
such grace of movement
unrestricted expression
in twirls of Kalinka's wake.

Feel each inhalation recalibrate ~
The manner in which nodes within gyrate
Let each exhalation deepen wonder ~
Beholding within, soundless bliss thunder

A graceful young lady named Kate
would shimmy and leap and gyrate.
Her copious whirling,
maniacal twirling
caused Kate to shed half of her weight.
Gloaming gone, gloom begins;
gabbling ghouls gyrate on
gargoyles, gawping with their
grim glaucous eyes, scaring
gravid girls, gormless boys;
goatish hooves gigue upon
gibbets, grave corpses jig.
Dance with me feet
That my legs may support my back
As my arms and hands gyrate they wave and clap
To the rhythm that's in my mind

in a bubble of unknowing
stupor we chose to celebrate
doing nothing gently flowing
feeling in-form chakras gyrate
renouncing thought of loss or gain
we invoked power of zero
thus breaking free of ego chain
in God’s eyes became a hero
.
they beat the drum
clacked on rock
clicked their tongues
clapped hands
goading me on
for mine gyrate
with

feminine
flock
Given to play, we celebrate
Flowing life pulsations
To rhythm divine, thus gyrate
As renew sensations
Let’s embrace aliveness
Each moment in fullness
Whilst vibrant in stillness
To bliss beats sway
Given to play

We celebrate the gift of life
In childlike wonderment
With joy rife, living free of strife
In quiet contentment
Love beckons, we respond
Forging with God a bond
Who waves a magic wand
To bliss gyrate
We celebrate

Self-preservation laudable
What then about our soul
High time we ego disable
Bliss ensconced, feeling whole
Gods light within awaits
Feel innocence gyrate
What for then, do we wait
No hesitation
Self-preservation

Magnetism draws in honeybee
Nectar divine, the prize
Feeling by touch, in playful spree
Cupid strikes in disguise
Love throb, a pull innate
To joy rhythm, gyrate
Bliss that doesn’t abate
Bridge the chasm
Magnetism

Touch the soul, at our heart centre
Tip toe there in silence
Vibrant bliss throbs therein canter
Blessings of innocence
Oh hermit, celebrate
To the music, gyrate
Go in now; do not wait
To feel whole
Touch the soul

Each node a torus within form
Single eye, heart and crown
Soundless thunder, benign bliss storm
Melding therein, we drown
In quietude sedate
We feel each cell gyrate
As God did soul create
Glowing heart porous
Each node a torus

We have the power to create
Thus, mindful of thought flow
Given to play, in joy gyrate
Our tranquil heart mellow
With love melding, surging
In God’s love, soul purging
With light sublime, merging
Why in fear cower
We have the power

Quietus
Senses fade; death in slow motion
Our trembling heart contracts
Fear anchors us in stagnation
It’s ego that reacts
When consciousness sedate
Bliss throbs within gyrate
Darkness let’s celebrate
Our weakness stark
Dread of the dark

Feeling God’s heartbeat, at the crown,
poised thus in a trance state,
rapture rises, in bliss we drown,
as nodes within gyrate.
Nectar flows through our veins,
cutting through ego’s chains
cleansing soul’s feral stains.
Bliss refrains repeat ~
Feeling God’s heartbeat
as an aspect of the whole
encased in body-mind
there is here no goal
save to be divine aligned
the vaporised self
having put mind at rest
feels bliss amplify by itself
dancing in playful jest
nectar cools magnetic heat
nodes within form gyrate
presence love replete
delights as polarities mate
Intimate and immediate
Our innate, joyous aliveness
As to each life throb, we gyrate
Moments forging bliss completeness
Transfixed thus in joyful parlance
Beauteous rainbow in full view
Rapture titillates sentience
Vivification thus renews

syllabic rhyme
We’re still yet senses vivify,
taking us where thoughts cannot fly,
as humming currents within form
manifest a benign bliss storm
of rapture that does not abate,
as nodes continue to gyrate,
enlivened by nectar dripping ~
dance of delight, oh so gripping!

centreless centre within is wherefrom,
to divine sublime bliss beats we conform,
allowing not awareness to flicker,
delighting as the plot becomes thicker.
the universe itself conspires with us,
guiding us gently to board God’s bliss bus,
so with the vast void we collaborate,
awestruck as all nodes within form gyrate.
Here and now this-ness, of what is as is
Oh hermit! Accept, embrace, celebrate!
Feel within, the elixirous bliss fizz
Here and now this-ness, of what is as is
Teasing, tingling, divine entwined caress
To the throb of rapture, in joy, gyrate
Here and now this-ness, of what is as is
Oh hermit! Accept, embrace, celebrate!

humble feet and serving hands
entwine as energy bands
bliss pierces body vectors
all nodes willing receptors
there is no doing we do
as rapture does so renew
tip of nose joins the dance
towards whom we shyly glance
such then is our ordained fate
feeling how chakras gyrate
each breath ushering bliss rise
beheld in childlike surprise

Elvis Presley was on stage with his hips swinging
His movements kept women from hearing his singing
He could make so much money without moving his lips
All he had to do was go on stage and gyrate those hips
