out-of-the ordinary for the most part
Many were as decorative panels
for they were his best 'sells'

Not Blind Yet

...just got my passport pictures today and as usual my wings are again visible...and so are the hairs on my palms...being an angel is, for the most part unbelievably complicated.

Television

In my opinion one of the greatest inventions there ever was. Yet Man has never discovered
it's true potential. It has become for the most part entertainment for the boobs.

talking gadget

Ego Monster Under the Bed

For the most part you have known
 It would never leave you
Of its own will.

Thus it would be far more sensible
 For you to see
That it was never there to begin with.

So you could cease its endless worries
 Time and time again
And live the life you've always dreamed.

Premium Member Waking up from trance

burdened wandering among negative energies
although for the most part they impacted him not
he searched in vain for that elusive elixir of love
resonating at a frequency matching his own

poised in stillness, he exited the lucid dream
recognised all as one, as thoughts he did stream

Premium Member The Hulk

I'm known as The Hulk in my community,
but you wouldn't assume that from looking at me.
For the most part I am very cordial and friendly.
I am just a little man you don't want to get angry.
Only then will one see The Hulk within me,
verbally, never violently.
I have a firm grip on anger management fortunately.

Premium Member Dried Rain

Dried Rain
David J Walker

For the most part
We lived on air and
Dried rain

And the dried pain
in the in between
Times of rain

Blown about by
Pentagram clouds drawn
By the hot south winds

Morphing into storms over
Someone else’s lands

The dry rain holds a wake
For the lives clinging to dust

Premium Member The Cloaked

just how aware people are is not the question
the fact is for the most part they sleep

dreaming forceful feeling lives
with a body-mind image

that's a reflection assessment system
just a mass-energy field tool

allowing world manipulation
via sensory readings

by the unchanged cloaked
inner self

Premium Member I Have Holes In My Soles

my shirts and shoes
are wearing out -
and they tell me
I am too

I patch and glue
to make them whole -
but fail
to make them new

I have holes in my soles
and frayed treads on my edges -
but manage
for the most part to get through

until one day
they say
it will all fall apart
hopefully all at once
I pray

Premium Member Hello January

Hello there January
It has been quite a long time,
Year? Extraordinary!
For the most part I am fine

What a crazy past two months!
Hopped on this roller coaster
Filled with wild daredevil stunts;
Each hill I just go faster

The next time that I see you
So much will be different;
I just know I'll have good news
The future looks so brilliant!

Premium Member Race Does Not Exist (Genetically Speaking)

All of our family roots can genetically
be traced back to just one woman who lived at the dawn of humanity.
All people of earth are descendants of she.
All in all, we're all just one big dysfunctional planetary family.
L I T E R A L L Y.
All of this has been scientifically proved.
We are all for the most part cousins, many generations removed.

Livin and Lovin

Love is nothing but pain,
I have nothing to gain,
Life is a mystery,
NO one knows what it will be,
This is how I feel,
I'm tried of trying to deal,
Love is hate,
You will never know ur mate,
Love is tears,
Like a thousand broken mirrors,
Love is happy,
But also sappy,
Love is a smile,
But only once in a while,
But for the most part Love is Life!

You

So what's up with it? Are you really who you say you are? Do you really want me and my LOVE OR are you just talking for the most part? Who are you? I want to believe the LOVE of my life but now I don't see...I feel like you're real at least with me but the way you act towards others is crazy...just get your head right, at least for me...cause I still LOVE you and you're still my baby...

Premium Member Middle School Transition Day

Been to visit the middle school
Not ready to let our babies go there
First of all, they are like lambs
Innocent for the most part

But now that they have seen
The fantastically “fly” cheerleaders
Gyrating like pole dancers,
They are even more frightened.

Not the girls, of course
As they are 12 going on 21.
I am talking about my boys,
Who sat like codfish, watching in rapt wonder.

Turn Around

Her life exploded
Her life was broken
Her life eroded
Her fate was spoken

At first it was fine,
But after a while
The fact in mind
Settled in pile

She was angry
She was sad
She was droopy
She was mad

She hated her life
Until one night
After a fight
She decided
It would be all right.

Now she is safe (for the most part)
From the gate
Of Heaven or Hell
The Gods cast their spell

Premium Member Chasing the Wind

Dating nowadays is like chasing the wind,
Looking for that one special friend.
They are young and they are old, and most like to yack.
But for the most part, I would like to throw them all back.

There’s match.com, eHarmony, and Christian mingle,
All claiming to be the greatest thing if you are single.
It is what it is, but from now on before I court,
I will be getting the handy background report.

View

I stumble and bumble through life, almost aimlessly sometimes.
I struggle for the answers to unanswerable questions, but I try hard to believe.
I pretend to know what I'm talking about, but for the most part, it's a farce.
I act the part of someone in control, but that part, I've yet to achieve.
I know I'm not the only one that clearly has no clue;
but I think I'll stay in this ignorant bliss, because I happen to like the view...

Premium Member Another story never told

Time and space

Duration and displacement

Words suggesting separation

And necessary apparently

For the stories which

Make up knowing and doing..

For the most part

Few arguments are posed

To threaten these assumptions

And an argument would

Be another story featuring

Time and space..

Words seem to map what

We know and can know

A prison of words..

However..there may be

Another story never told...

Empty Nest

My empty nest is filled with stuff
The little birdies left behind.
My friends all think I’m nuts
But for the most part, I don’t really mind.

Without their toys, mementos, books,
Of course, I’d have a lot more space
But cleaning house would mean
That all those memories I would erase.

My nest is small and I could use
The shelves and drawers for other things
Yet what they didn’t take
Reminds me of their youth – what joy it brings!

Premium Member Faith

"Faith Can Move Mountains."
I have heard that term time and time again,
but it is for the most part a misunderstanding.
The only time that I witnessed faith move mountains,
was when an entrepreneur had FAITH in his vision,
and then took ACTION,
to bulldoze those mountains into the background,
and erect where they once stood a complex condominium.
Faith alone does not accomplish anything,
unless you approach that faith with the appropriate action.

2017

2017

2017 we must depart
It was fun. For the most part.

But we must make room
For 2018.
For a new start.

2018
I must tell you before we start
I want this year
To be amazing
I start by saying
Let's make this year full
Of great memories to share
To find a new love
To make amends
To make good friends.

Goodbye 2017
It was great but
We must depart
Thanks for everything
Peace.

Daughter To God

Well, God, I'll tell you:

Life for me has been a roller coaster.

It's had its ups in it,

and its downs,

the joys,

and places beneath the valleys-

A roller coaster.

But for the most part,

it's you that keeps me going.

Going for the top,

reaching for the stars,

hoping to make you proud.

Though life has been a roller coaster,

you've always been there to see me through.
