Drifting into mountains
Burying all hope
Smothering 
Isolated thought
Shaping the future
Of a sunrise
Hardening the resolve

In the peace of a dove or driven snow;
It is the reflection of all the colours
in the rainbow,
And of rarity in nature...

From the fluffiness of clouds in the sky, 
To snow-capped mountains gracious,
In hearts pure and filled with joy, 
White is a penguin's iceberg haven...

From all the work throughout the day
So upon this pillow, I place it now
To chase that day away

My eyes then close, but still to see
As light then does appear
There on a cloud, I see you there
Your voice, I then do hear

I go to you, I reach for you
You take my hand in yours
We share this cloud of fluffiness
As love just then outpours...

It wasn’t really meant
To flatter; rather as a put-down,
That was the intent.

For clouds were puffs of fluffiness
Where nothing could be found
And one whose head was there did not
Have two feet on the ground.

Yet now there’s been a major shift
Since everyone’s on board
With reaching up into the Cloud,
Where everything is stored....

Contrasts complimenting one assumes
Reality melts the other
Hot fire against chilled snow

Disaster overwhelms surrounding viewers 
Liquified tears drown fiery words
A hot puddle is this mess...

Dandelion mushroom lady standing at attention
In the meadow that is almost too gorgeous to mention
Mystical feelings float out of her ambiance too
She has a cosmic presence that says she is overdue

Where has she been? Pink and red tulips ask, for she is kind of new
I think her seeds finally sprouted said an intelligent Lily named Lou.
Dandelion mushroom lady hears but does not let on at all.
Standing proudly, loving her fluffiness, weed that grows so tall....

So might an angel
Bestowed upon me
May delightfully be.
That her wings will
Be softer than silk
In my calloused and
Undeserving hands.
That her beauty may
Bloom as a field of
Sweetly scented flowers.
As a rose that wilts not, 
So shall the gentleness
Of her loving embrace
Be forever felt upon
My beating chest.
As the fluffiness of
White hydrangeas,
Pedestaled, enthroned
In a palace of gold,
So shall my queen—
Elegant, wondrous—
Be loved....
