I felt like a book
very tired old and worn out
needing rest on shelf.
I looked at her and she looked at me
Our eyes met for a moment or two
She felt it and I felt it
That moment or two was all we needed
Slick Joe was a famous pool ace
but his honesty didn't keep pace.
His shots hit pockets
as if guided rockets
thanks to his laser in its place.

Monocrostic (Birthday of Rose Valdez)
I still recall how I once felt,
a young boy, as I knelt.
There were pigs, cows, and chickens.
I laughed like the dickens
before a board of felt.
Hitchhiking to Halifax,
a friend offered to go with me.
I felt elated; he was my hero!
Then he robed me,
and it hurt like a punch in the gut!

AND
That part
is where the pain is felt.
she felt pretty on her wedding night
In her chiffon nightie
her hair natural like a horse’s mane
she felt sensuous and sexy
and not one bit guilty about it
Joy I felt at knowing her
Despair came along with love
Tomorrows shall be naught of her,
And with it, grief.
How come I want none of the liberation
Letting go brings?
I felt like you when I wrote this,
Using your words and sentiments
You taught me this
And so much more
And I’ll keep you forever
But only in my engraved expressions
Form:
Laughter in our
hearts, with song
in the air~ leaves
us with no despair.
Only care for our~
fellow humans.

Haiku, ( Life, Living and Time)
I struggled when I had a cold
As urine my bladder can't hold
I piddled quite a bit
During one coughing fit
I'm upset, as I'm not that old!
Felt the Hand
Felt the hand that I had been dealt
Ice cold and in warm water will melt;
Fine felt will wear;
Warmth will share;
You should see me dancing in a kelt.

Kiwi felt like a giant klutz
Tried to fly, but he fell on his butts.
After six attempts, said “this is nuts”.
He began to walk then from huts to huts.
Here he comes; he is a p........
Have I told you lately the fun I'm having
In this sea of heart felt emotions I'm splashing
What would I do
Without all of you
My world would be empty and devoid of laughing
From Trump A Welt We Felt
Trump had been hitting below the belt;
And when he did it would leave a welt;
Always bitter;
Quaint quitter;
A bad deal from him we all were dealt.

I felt it heaven in my attic room
Overtaken by a silent peace
through parted curtains
I saw it was the snow had
come to veil the land with
ribbons from the sky.

tranquil unmoving water,
felt it would be cold this early in the morning
my little boat was waiting,
to take me on today’s adventure
My heart was light, I felt joyfully excitedly refreshed
Freedom
Is felt
In many ways..
As
When the self
Appears as a self
Or
When everything
Appears as everything
Or
When a story
Appears as a story..
To no one...
I have felt this burning passion before,
when the youthful blood still flowed
within my strong blue veins.
This tingling sensation remind me,
of those unclaimed bottled passion,
Now, I just wish I could run
I felt
Like dying
A time ago
And now I know
That death
Bequeaths me
To be set free
In the next world
Will I have
This burden
Of intelligence
To lead me to
Violence remembrance
Or life in the sea
The naked trees have melted
their colors to the ground...
The cool air wilts the flowers
and steals the birds sound...
The vision is chilled and profound...
"Welcome Winter Contest" by Carol Brown
I feel the King of my world
Alone as on a glacier
With only Nature as my friend
The rest of them ignore me
For this is what they do
When one is different
And a King all powerful
It’s fine though I ignore them
The cheerful, glitzy, heart-felt poem danced and skipped so gay.
With terrific happiness she felt in her soul mind.
Sharing herself joyously in a delightful way.
Sharing her words in swirls and curls, paper unlined.
