I am a Writer
I am a Poet
I am not familiar with physics and chemistry
Will you write my name in the pages of history?
look fresh and familiar
our poems may sound similar
Hear God our redeemer
A poem to meet some of my senses.

Indeed if these memories
lent
From hours that fell
before
We should familiar with
the spent
And sleep forever-more.
So relaxed late Sunday night
How can I go back to work...
At my desk, a familiar sight
My garb's now that of a clerk...
same old same old, no
something new every morn’
and familiar, yes
God’s mercy is new, age-old,
ready to rescind the weight
A familiar tale so oft told
of one so shy .. the other bold
an affair that started in the rain
was love a consequence or pain?
Familiar
Annoying at times
Miracles
I love them all!
Lend me the shirt off their backs
Your family tree is the best shelter!
Chocolate
Stuffed animals
Real animals
Moms & dads
Family
Friends
Familiar places,
Smells,
Objects,
A blanket
And me.
Form:
dream
to dream without a conscience
is for the weak and vulnerable
it gives them a chance to break free
from familiar prisons
tropical night sways
as we glide under starlight
butterfly wings land
on my bare shoulder disguised
as his soft familiar touch
Pinned hearts marked the origin
of familiar narrative,
of strangers' exploration
for outside alternative.
In the museum of life
a new way of seeing.
Through the looking glass of reality
living symbols shake hands
with the chaotic &familiar
The eyes have it, he said.
My eyes? Your eyes?
Familiar eyes?
Strange eyes?
Blue eyes?
Brown eyes?
I could not help but ponder this.
Much of this will sound familiar.

When we came on that train we go into the dark.
To never see light again, to never see a familiar face,
To starve, to cry, to slowly die.
How beautiful how lethargic was her gaze,
How familiar how much it amaze!
How fond I was of her embrace,
But she vanished without a trace.
Does
The White People's Republic of America
sound alarmingly familiar
yet utterly
undemocratically wrong
for the United States of Earth?
On a planet in far outer space,
You'll find a familiar face,
The folk there you see,
Well they all look like me,
It must be a beautiful place.

Form:
familiar bonding
warm and cold front sensation
cessation of sole
ding-donging of bells so wed
coming together again
That cold empty bench
I instantly feel where you would be;
Warm laughter richly parallels howling wind,
our familiar song a screaming memory.
Fragrant lavender
Pervades small garden
Familiar perfume
Pungent hands from gathered stems
Embroidered sachet in drawer.
Drenched in red
My heart burst
When you did leave
And the familiar rhythm
From my chest
Failed to exist
As I was soaked
In my own love
For you
Form:
Consistent in my thoughts,
honest with my emotions
I walked a familiar path,
—as I set the woods on fire
