Accidents are facts of life,sadly
but were you not to steward me ?
Inspired by Raul's contest photo and Gen 1:28-30
The wide-,eyed gaze of childhood
innocence,lost by adolescence
optimism destroyed,by realities of life;
experience lined in majority's grin
likeness reborn in program's kin.
I started off slowly scared to death,
Each new day a disaster,
Then I began to run,
Slowly at first,
Then faster and faster,
And soon found that everybody I had ever met was also running.

I guess Fear overpowered Hope and Faith. I guess
that way

mess-ups and
broken hearts.
Foolishness, like a bird
sees no cat ready
to pounce. To kill.
To make it suffer.
Well that bird
had hope and faith,
but forgot about the simple facts of life.
She thought of herself as an impeccable woman
So often mistaken for a Goddess between peasant
Until the man of her dreams stole her virtue
In the cold water on Lake George he weighs her down
Too often shadows block our visions
When infatuation is mistaken for love;
Impeccable and careless! With her life
She became the cold facts about love

A cup half full, if that is you
