it’s spring      gloomy day
and i watch from the window
strange quiets and excitements
hang in the humidity
like ghostly, long caged voices

the green explosion
has destroyed winter’s hold,
silenced the screaming,
and impatient nature
awaits a late burst of sun...

Lovely and lively lyrics by louts
Luggage of lies and loss fills the land
Outrageous onslaught on oldies
Weird wards willing to waste
Excitements erode the egomania
Elite excused? …Not exempted
Naughty ninjas at night niggle....

There’s no substitute for life.

I find myself,
seduced by yearnings.

I’m flourishing here,
contemplating sin.

I’ve nothing to do
when I’ve nothing but time.

I’m reusing solitudes -
they’ve become ragged.

What’s the answer then?
Should I seal my girly heart,
engage in uncaring kisses
like it’s ‘casual friday’ -
connive brief excitements
- just to feel a pulse?...

Transient rushes here to there.
Consciously, excitements bustling,
The world around looks, unaware.

Tête-à-tête buzzes constantly.
Ever present selves in the air.
Fast paced nights remember freely.
A time when there was less despair.
