Premium Member Vignette- No How,But Why
Science knows not the water course
Of our earth's oceans' source;
Some pretend this,other that-
Genesis reveals so much more
For enquiring minds,still unsure.

Hello Marmite Man
Vegemite Viking here
Just enquiring Sir
If you’ve yet to have a smear
Of Vegemite…….!

The mite is brewing
In Down Under Land
Remember, sleep with both eyes open

Enquiring Minds
"How old are you Granny?", her grandson wants to know
Said with a yet to be learned, decorum to show
She said, "Thirty and holding!",
With a smile and not scolding
He asked, "How old would you be then, if you let go?"...

A Drowned Sailor Sings To His Narwhal
Narwhal of antartic deep, trusty
heart my soul to reap, ferry last
my wet cold skin, cross the river
Styx of sin

And if you ask of me now gone,
enquiring where my light has shone,
speak them with salt-sea’s romance,
“He’s gone to prance the Narwhal’s
dance”...

The Lord Jesus I came to know-
T'was then,born anew
I met the man,who had paid my due;
Answering questions of my enquiring mind,
With such patience of the loving kind-
Each day I celebrate with love ,and
Thanksgiving to God

I'm Not wordy
I'm worth it
My cursive
Encourages the mind, malnourished

Enquiring on allusive conclusions
Is not cruel or foolish
It is
True
The most infinitive quest of life
To question and test
to prove or neglect
to mourn or adapt
These are the most natural states of being...

Paradise Islands
However

Picture

Perfect

Paradise Island

May initially seem

Without a certain other Soul

To share it's plentitude and bounty with

Must be be like the final tree in a wood
being felled

Enquiring to themselves I wonder if
anybody else heard that

And is coming to my rescue...

The Lord ,Jesus I came to know-
T'was this month,born anew
I met this man,who had paid my due;
Answering questions of my enquiring mind
With such patience,of the loving kind-
This day I celebrate,with love, &
Thanksgiving, to God above.

The Lonely Couplet
Is it easy to find a 'good friend' nowadays?
The pseudo-living teddies are the loyal ones always...

You shout, you lie...
They will listen, but can't deny...

"Why did you scream?", they will never ask...
They just hear; enquiring is not their task...

The good old days remain sadly quiet...
Our present life has fixed nothing right...

Believing was not a great deal at that time;
when words used to find their perfect pairs to rhyme......

Premium Member Christmas
Popcorn popping in the mircowave
Going to decorate the tree
Yutetide carols being sung
On the stereo
Seems like Christmas to me

We know that Santa's on his way
He is flying in his magical sleigh
And every grandchild has an
Enquiring mind
Wanting to know if reindeer really
Know how to fly

And so I'm offering this simple
phrase
For all the kids who just won't do
Merry Christmas , Merry Christmas to you

(To the tune of Chestnuts Roasting on an open fire)...
