Epitaph

Dystopian paradise
is all life seems to be nowadays.
days pass, seasons change
boats sail to sea, a sunlight dripping
softly, caressing lapping waves.
a melody of the unacknowledged.

It is warmer

In Paris
They talk about
The weather
Eat frugally
Hamburgers made of
Indian cows
Turnips from Sweden
Potatoes
From Holland
Gobbledegook
And sign on
The dotted line.

Dystopia

Standing at the brink of our new world
I gaze into the majestic landscape.
I see a novel synthetic fraternity
Shining lights of discovery –
Teetering on the edge
Of a blazing dystopian inferno.

Dystopia

Unity is illusionary,
A dystopia of thoughts and dreams
What is life but a fleeting thing in the grand scheme of things?
Freedom so precious and heavily bought
cannot compare to one loving thought.

Premium Member The Masses

The brainwashed masses,
Wearing rose-colored glasses,
And nonchalantly flashing passes,
Never realizing the hourglasses
Are running out of time.

Miasmic shadows
And dystopian blows
Are working to transpose
The masses' crystal rose
Into a thick unending slime.

Astound me with visual auroras
swathes of rainbows in chorus
that leap across lofty skies
strange intriguing patterns that rise
iridescent visions of midnight forests.

Mind bending colors turn sinister
haunting hues no longer minister
I awaken from dystopian dreams
seeking solace from simple means
I bask inside sunlight’s perimeter.

this death will be the life of me
patches in the sky
we used to call them clouds
before the bombs went off
and canopied us in a toxic shell;
the artist swapped his brush
for a brick
and threw it in tantrum
from a distance
at some cheesy idyllic canvas
and despite our decaying teeth falling out
with clumps of hair and skin
you slipped out of your negligee
a little too easy tonight

Ten Words Random Rhymes

ten words random rhymes

every day I see our president
Trump proclaims that he will be president
his image haunts my dreams
dystopian nightmares propels my dreams
as the president proclaims he is president
the end of republic follows
no one hears our screams
He ushers in endless dreams
fascism inspires
our collective screams

President Trump Haunts My Dreams

president trump haunts my Dream

president Trump
haunts my dreams
daily dystopian nightmares
as he daily proclaims
the end to the republic

as he ushers in fascism
with his every lie
he corrupts the world
and I hate
seeing his bloated fat ugly body

that haunts my every dream
as I watch him rant and rage
against my old friends,
his enemies in the deep state
ushering in chaos and destruction

UTOPIA OF HAPPINESS

UTOPIA OF HAPPINESS

How to be happy like this,
in a dystopian society,
with a flawed organization!
How to follow the right path,
amid so many crooked options!
How to chart a course amid
so many uncertain paths...
Life like this is less than virtuous,
more than an invincible war!
It's like swimming in the open sea
with no land in sight,
marching in an immense desert,
without an oasis in sight...
Happiness, then, simply becomes,
an utopia, a chimera...!
