Skeleton Tree

crooked and stooped
its trunk like an old man's. . .
a cold wind moans

withered leaves fall
from weathered branches. . . .
an old man disrobed

wind begins howling
tapping at my window. . .
skeletal limbs

Winter Approaches

Gold leaves flutter to the ground Winter approaches ~ Maple tree branches are naked, awaiting gloomy graphite clouds to clothe them with snow They languish in stoic stasis, deciduous and disrobed until budding in spring

My Tree's Seasons

spring wakens my tree - a bejeweled perfumed bride. . . . love birds make their nest summer’s yellowed lawn beneath my tree’s sombrero. . . . grass breathes sweet relief fall’s quick change artist - from green to gold to crimson. . . . disrobed, my tree naps

Banana Disrobed As Onion's Cries

If bananas could talk
They would say "don't unpeeled us"

If onions could cry
They would dry their eyes

Now, now dry them their eyes

Banana stop crying onions here
Banana, banana stop flashing pull up your peel
Banana disorder as onion cries

A Warrior Mentality

A warrior mentality
so to speak –

donning our armor
of daily fashion;

tinted shades closing
off soul-windows,
concealing from
prying eyes of inquisitive
nakedness –

we clothe
fearing being disrobed

truth, such privates far deeper
than skin

Gucci, and likes, the first
line of Metropolitan Defense….

False Light

You can find anything on the internet

Just take a second to think about that

It’s illegal but it’s there

It’s immoral but it’s there

It’s evil even there

AI disrobed a generation

Algorithm replace love with lust

The great corruptor

Darkest additions

From the false light of screens

Conspiracy Dearie

every existent conceivability
aflush, for you, wise magistrate, disposable.
in comes reason:
out-gums reasonability.

you
are so
full of

delightful spirits of unseasoned giving.

the turkey disrobed
stuffing eagerly
cranberry

(sauce)
you have smeared christmas
on your face because

you rolled the paper ripe for wrapping.

Hungering Revealed

In the sadness of a fevering heart,
Disrobed humanness can fade away,
Revealing rich spiritual realities.
The Word of God declaring His clarity,
In the futility of human hungering.

Steadfast love & justice make music,
Releasing fountains of satisfying coolness,
Calming pleading, sating needing.
Call others into the shower of joy,
& share the witness of His care.

Sometimes

Sometimes I lie alone in bed
Eyes closed disrobed and feel you
Your head upon my bare chest
Drowning the beating of my heart
And it’s as if we are conjoined
In raptured pleasure of animal
And Soul fulfilling hunger like
No other beast or human could
Or would dare enter our dream
Of spiritual physical exacerbation
Oh how you free my Soul my Love
Sometimes I lie alone in bed.

Do the Least For Me

A hood, a cloak
A limp in step
The figure wandered through the streets
He had a plan
He'd test the men
To see which one would meet His needs
To one quite young
The other old
He simply asked of them some bread
But then the answers were the same
I'm sorry sir, there's nothing left
To prove His point
He then disrobed
Threw His cane into the fire
If you cannot do the least for Me
Then none do I desire

Nude Form

A very nude form Standing next to unmade bed Looking out the door The window allows light in She seeks her clothes to clad Without a sound made She slowly puts on each cloth Feeling each fabric Allowing to enjoy their touch The warm feel of them on her She now is clothed Looking at what she once was So nude and so free She longed to be disrobed As she desired to be nude

Political Ordeal

I becomes a We in any political ordeal
Masses are ruined in any political garb
Faiths are shattered by the leaders we trusted
Innocents sacrificed in the name
Of their nation and religion
But, alas!
Homes are emptied and
Many crevices of the earth harden
With their soaked and dried blood
Cities disrobed with her little hearts
Looted, plundered migrants

The heart and the earth wail to no avail!

Size Matters

She was a gorgeous girl
I met years ago.
at Black's Beach near San Diego.
It's a nude beach
so I wasn't wearing clothes.
She sat down next to me
then disrobed.
Her body was exquisite
I couldn't help but stare.
She knew I was checking her out but didn't seem to care.
We began talking about sex
she mentioned her foot fetish
thought it important I knew
Then she inspected my package
And commented sounding disappointed
I guess eight inches will have to do.
