We need to make a confession;
We used a little discretion.
It seems Webster’s thought wise
The edits we supplied.
Good news! We’re not in recession.
Do you believe consciousness
a free state
Choice empowering the moment
strong
Neurons firing at your
discretion
Time unencumbered
—reality won

Better to slip through
than run over
Better to finesse
than to force
Better to persuade
than to dictate

‘The better part of valor is discretion‘
(Henry IV, Part 1, Act 5, Scene 4)
By Shakespeare
After 38 years of marriage
I have learned to be very discrete~
I just say yes dear you are right
It's the sun's prerogative
whether to shine.
It's the moon's volition,
to make our dreams sublime.
It's the stars discretion,
whether we align.
But to love you
is a choice all mine.
Primal and divine!
With all shame gone, pride of life's
Showy nobody
Now given that road, crassly loud
To crash and burn on
Discretion, of its silence
And its privacy
That old style mind of its housing
Now serves as bastion.
Tell someone ‘It’s a secret’ but just be aware
Reality is it’s something that they may share
Unless of their discretion you’re 100% certain
Something confidential they may end up blurtin!
Shadowed by the death of depression
Facing the life of discretion
Staying in silence of what was not me
But what shall I do, tell on thee
What would that do except cause a problem
Maybe next time the teller will have more wisdom
Everything "mine" becomes "ours" and then "hers."
Everything "hers" remains her sole possession.
In marriage the ownership line always blurs
And as a mere husband I'd better not question...
Silence can be the best part of discretion.

Vicarious living
Voyeuristic addict
Vegetatively blissed
Viewer discretion, right
Volume blasts to the max
Vexed neighbour calls with axe

Dear mentors; your gracious words instruct*
Thanks; with good works, lives you construct.

Lies are the new truth, but let's stay cool
Dignity and common sense are so old school
Pride month is here, calmness and discretion is key
Respect one another's point of view including LGBT
The sea in turmoil lets the billows crash,
As the moon watches playful high tides,
Plunge to bathe the lone barren rocky beach;
Kindle a stormy froth and fuming backlash.
Never trust the sea with dark horizons;
For its waves change at their discretion:
What is common sense or common knowledge where does it all make sense
What is the point of have a degree if the worth out weight the matter
What is discretion against common live where is the mean of additament
With one start one where is the answers.
Be wise
Practice foresight
Discern* with God’s prudence
Midst schemes of evil attackers
Truth speaks!
*Malachi 3:18 … Discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.

Never let it be said
old fashion kiss is dead,
now lovers are not shy
when sent over the sky,
a face book confession
with naked discretion,
oh of that I do pass
without compromise lass,
for I’m telling you this
love blowing you a kiss!

lack of impression
may belie lone depression

Hororable mention
“Your hat's all wrong”, she said,
“On the wrong side of your head”.
“To the mirror”, she commanded.
Discovered I was now left-handed.
I removed the hat with discretion,
Found myself without direction.
Realizing the magnitude of my loss,
I valued the lines I could not cross.
the evergreen casts a full shadow, a grayscale vision
she has served as camouflage for raccoons, mice, and snakes
a soldier of the forest, standing against the north winds
showing the woods what a true patriot looks like
animals depend on her confidentiality, security and discretion.
ALL RISE! Here come de judge! Courts in session!
Guilty or not is at his discretion!
(I'd jes' as soon be fishin'
Than sittin' here a-wishin'
I hadn't committed that transgression!)

Prudence…
Discerning might…
Faith-propped circumspection…
“…Grant me wisdom’s discretion, Lord…”
I ask!
Psalm 111:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.

“All Gurgle And No Guts”
A Limerick
By: Tom

Many like to talk big, but talk is cheap,
and when cornered won’t utter a peep.
They no longer strut,
but keep their trap shut.
To avoid introduction to temporary sleep.
"Discretion is the better part of valor"
Marvel at man's creation
But do so at your own discretion
For men is not without fault
And his appraisal, yourself shall mold
He is the fall to many a things
And to countless felony is he complicit
But fret not, fear thou be
He is not all without saving grace
After all...he shall be he's own undoing
I'm telling you a big confession
Please don't give any objection
I will try to use discretion
When I say how my affection
Is part of a love collection
Filling up section by section
With a great tuneful collection
Towards a sweet fulfilled connection
That we won't forget to mention
They will be in full protection
Apologize to God
And make your atonement
Be ashamed
And contrite
Be so deeply sorry
Bewailing your discretion
Feeling all the remorse
In deploring your sins
Relent these acts
And reproach yourself
Seeing the error of your ways
So filled with sorrow
Have many qualms
As you lament these deeds
Feel every regret
And begin to reform
