Premium Member How Low-Tech Canya Go :-'Insert Disallowed Question Mark Here'-:
The two for one price deal read “Open here”
with slick dotted lines and sharp arrows clear.
But false perforations
foiled nails, teeth and patience.
Surrendered, she opted for pop tab beer....

Pond Life
Koi in the pond
     Shrimp on ice
     Sauce for fish
     Sliced or diced.
     Frog in the mouth;
     Dry, brittle tongue.
     Disallowed pleasures
     Knaves, little fun.

     Trips near the edge.
     Waves in my hand;
     disallowed pleasures,
     Nearly known; not allowed....

Only clowns had masks

And secret agents

Personae non grata

Disallowed from disguise

Now the Stasi and Gestapo

Of all nations denunciate

Those renegade souls

Who hide their screen

Blindfolded we justify

Judge and reprimand

Cushion our conscience

In self-righteousness

Winter Dorian 42 Style
Winter is the time of year
ice prevails before the sun,
not at all when people should
try out races now begun.
Extol virtues of nature,
run, life's race must now be run

Dorian,
In your poem Summer you disallowed comment so no one could mention the second line is grammatically incorrect. It should read..
Umm, temperature just soars!

Umm, temperatures just soar!...

Done Deal
[A] DONE DEAL
[A] defeated disgusting man this is. Disallowed defense because of his disease. [A] Done deal to compete with the Dogs! Distribute dinner to him as a better eat of hog maws. Do not deliberate this as a lost. [A] Done Deal depletes the prognosis. Dis Dell do. Hair her head to... [A] Done deal the truth! _________________| PENNED ON JULY 04, 2014!...

Red Squirrel
Red Squirrel

Early morning sunlight,
Serenity and peaceful dawn,
Alone ‘cept the company of Songbirds,
Red Squirrel appears to yawn.
Woodland path, springtime dell,
Away from the madding crowd,
Natures world of spirituality,
Chaos here forbidden and disallowed.
Prissy to say Magical Forest,
But it’s true, joy on Earth right here.
Leaving behind 21st Century madness,
This life so far and yet so near....

Wait
If I gave my service to earthly kings
My arm would be a jeweled sky
And I would worth my weight in rings
Of gold and medals shine the eye
Or earth would bow before. But here
A great Creator, who unseen, bids
Me wear my servant-hood and share
The blistering burdens taunted amids
The rabble rousing rancid crowd
Where bragging of wealth is disallowed
Except that in which I find you ... faith
To labor, hope, and in the rabble wait....

Choose To Bow Or Not
It’s long I last bowed
To the Adjudged Endowed;
Long I had vowed
To boycott any crowed
With voices irksomely loud
Or purposely proud
Which often got me cowed
Of feel “The Ploughed”
Or my peace disallowed.

The choice should be a Man’s
To idolize the Endowed
Or kick-start juicy plans
To ascend to some cloud
And from there govern The Proud
Or down throw to The Endowed
The message of “Overtaking Allowed”.

So, it’s ‘A choice to bow or not’
Depending on what you’ve got....
